Attack deals a standard attack with either your hands or a weapon. If you are both attacking, highest attack hits. If one is defending, whoever rolls highest is successful, but Defense gets an added +2 to their roll. Feint can go around defense by making the opponent think you are striking in a different way, but loses to attackers. Losing a fight has major consequences, possibly death if the situation calls for it.)
