Andreas engulfs his breakfast with gusto while heating a specimen tube containing some of the slimegirl material with his fingers. He has gently balanced another, wider tube on it, catching the steam that effervesces from the goo and watches it roll down its sides into a plate he has "borrowed" from another table. He studies the collecting, dehydrated leftover in the original tube, tapping it occasionally with his other hand before scribbling some notes down with a graphite stick.
Vi’lea stretches and yawns as she lies in bed. She’s a bit disappointed, but not surprised, to see that Lyssa is not there. The dark elf remains in bed for a few more minutes until the sleep fully leaves her, then gets up and starts getting dressed. Several minutes later Vi’lea comes down the stairs looking as presentable as ever, no hint of what she and Lyssa did the previous night visible anywhere. Gert happens to pass by the stairs and she uses the chance to order a light breakfast, then she heads towards the elf. "Good morning." Vi’lea greets her lover. "Is Hurley not back yet?"
Silvan wakes up a little early and gets his gear ready. Soon they would be hunting again. He wakes Tila and Slippy and soon the trio head down the stairs. He sees Andreas and heads over. "Morning my friend. How are you doing?" Silvan takes a seat across from Andreas and orders some breakfast. Tila sits beside Andreas with Silvan's permission, purring happily as her hand slides under the table to his crotch. Slippy manages to take a seat next to Silvan. Once they were all seated, Silvan tells Andreas about his new business plan with Winona.
Riekan enters the tavern with Lea and Pepper in tow. He sees that Andreas, Silvan and Tila were around one table, so he decides to introduce them to Lea first. His hand reaches down to squeeze Lea's round ass firmly. "There they are, a few of my friends." He whispers to her before licking her ear. After that he guides the two women to the table. "Morning, everyone," he says. "Sorry for not joining you guys yesterday, but Pepper and I decided to follow the other path and found this woman, tied up by the slimes, her name's Lea." "Lea, they are Andreas and Silvan," He points to his two companions. "Tila is Silvan's pet. And I don't know who is the slime, sorry."
Andreas perks up at Silvan's voice, greeting him with a wide smile. "My friend! Good mornin--" With Tila's squeeze, Andreas perks up even more so in other ways. "I take it you enjoyed your cream, little kitten." "Very well!" Andreas addresses Silva again. "I'm distilling the essence of th slime here... whatever the essence is." He taps the tube, causing the dessicated flakes to jostle. "Gods knows how useful it'll be, but I'm sure someone can make a killing with it -- even if it is charlatanry." He absorbs Silvan's plan. "Interesting, and despite Winona's extra conditions -- all necessary by the way, I'm not sure I could influence her into a better deal for you -- it'll be lucrative. I'll be happy to help any way I can as long as I'm here, including, well, keeping Winona happy." He grins despite himself. "I think I'm growing attached to her. Not in a head-over-heels romantic sort of way, but she can make for a good companion." He pauses. "With my knowledge, I can try and be a healer, than, again, I don't have formal training. Keeping Hurley alive was instinct and basic triage techniques. Thank the gods orcs have anatomy resembling a human's." Riekan's peppery voice spikes Andreas's attention next. "Finally, you two show up!" As Riekan introduces Lea to them, Andreas extends a hand -- then stops mid-way to her. Something clangs in the back of his mind, but he's not sure why. He folds his hand up quickly, then merely tips his hat. "A pleasure Lea!"
(OOC: I'm not sure how to proceed here, am I allowed to answer to Andreas' comment "Finally, you two show up!" or should I wait for Silvan's turn before posting again?)
You snap Lyssa out of her distraction. "No, he should have been back by now. Something has gone wrong. I can sense it." The elf looks at the others gathering in the tavern. "Go to them. I will be with you soon, my sweet." Winona stops by, placing her hands over Andreas's shoulders and leaning her ample breasts against the back of his neck. If she sees Tila's paw stroking in Andreas's lap, she does not say anything. "Silvan, I've already talked things over with Sven some carpenters in town. They can begin work as soon as you hand over the money." She glances at Tila. "We'll make a lovely little home for you, kitten, and you can have all the cream you want." Slippy, the half-formed slime girl, jiggles with apparent excitement as you, Pepper and Lea approach. She slithers off her chair and slides up the woman's leg before anyone can stop her. The gelatinous goo-girl slips under Lea's cloak, out the top, and slips up onto her shoulder to sit like a pet. "Aren't you a cute one," says Lea, tickling Slippy beneath her chin. "And where did you come from, my lovely?" "Gggrooooo," burbles slippy. Pepper flops down into the chair Slippy vacated and starts eating the slime girl's breakfast, careful to pick around the goo. "I think she likes you, Lea," says Pepper and she crunches into a piece of toast. Lea ignores your slight. She helps Slippy back down onto the floor and the slime girl reluctantly slides back over to her master and slithers up and into his lap. She resumes her shape of a half-formed woman and seems to grind her pint-sized bottom against Silvan's groin. Lyssa steps outside of the tavern, taking a last look around for any sign of Hurley. By now you all are fairly certain she is about to give you another task and you have a feeling it is going to involve rescuing her orc lover.
Vi’lea takes one last look at Lyssa and then approaches the group that has gathered around one table. She pulls a chair and sits on a table next to the one that is occupied by her companions – including some that weren’t present last night. "Hi, Riekan, Pepper. Good to see you’re both back and alright. Who’s the lady?" She then takes a quick look at the slime and then at her master. "Did I miss anything after leaving you guys alone last night?" Just then Gert brings her the breakfast she ordered and she takes a small bite.
Riekan figures he should let Lea get to know his companions better, so he sits down on a chair besides Pepper. He doesn't feel very hungry, so he just picks up a toast and starts eating it. His hands slithers down to squeeze Pepper's thigh under the table, very close to her crotch. "Hi, Vi'lea," He says. "This is Lea, we found her in the cave yesterday."
A bit of drool escape's Andreas's mouth. With Winona on his back and Tila on his leg, his male ego is stroked to full mast. It's the simple things in life. Slippy's reaction to Lea unnerves him however. After deliberating with his subconscious and losing, he decides to put his extra curricular activity away. His mouth twitches, but his body plays along. "Well, I'm glad for your rescue, Lea. The slimes were... tenacious." Vi'lea's arrival is a welcome sight, though Lyssa's actions are not unnoticed. "Say, where is Hurley?"
(OOC: I'm assuming that since Silvan hasn't actually spent any money, that he probably has enough.) Silvan hands over the money (If he has it) and smiles at the woman. Since their little talk, he sees her in a different light. "Tila will probably be the one I keep with me the most, though I'll definitely let her have some time in the barn as well. I don't know what monster I'll bring back next, but hopefully it will be a nice addition to the barn. We could really build this town up well. By the way, Tila is cute and all, sitting there naked, but do you think you could help me find her some clothing?" Then Slippy moved away from him to Lea as she came into the tavern. Slippy's reaction to the woman. It didn't feel right to him. Why had it gone straight to her. Why had she reacted so... Calmly to a monster climbing up her leg? He stood and took a few steps back from her, taking in the sight of her. Then he spoke in Slime Tongue, looking for any reaction, any indication that this woman wasn't what she appeared. "Who are you miss? You seem to be quite calm about Slippy crawling on you?" He hoped Andreas caught on to his suspicions. If he was wrong, then he had simply insulted a woman he didn't know. If he was right, then he needed to be ready to act. He wasn't worried about insulting her. Better to keep himself and his friends alive. He hoped his monsters would react to his tension and prepare to aid him if need be.
Pepper shoves your hand off her leg, gives you an impish grin, and reaches down to your lap to squeeze your cock. Winona takes your coins and seems to weigh the sack in her hand. (OOC: You've effectively given her all of your money, at least what you had with you for this voyage) She drops the sack of coins into her apron and smiles winningly. She squeezes Andreas's shoulders, her tits jiggling as she pushes off of him. "Just the right amount, my friend. Work will begin immediately. Between Sven and Josian, they have fifteen sons to hammer nails. It should only take a week or so to complete the work and I'll be buying up goods to outfit rooms." She leans past Andreas, giving you a view down her strained top. "And you'd better be busy finding us some more entertainers. A brothel won't be much use without whores." She heads off to deal with the other customers in the tavern. Gert is obviously relieved to have her help again. Lea sits down in a chair beside Pepper. Vi'lea raises an eyebrow. "In the cave that was home to the slimes? She sure is lucky that you two found her before the slimes did... Tell me everything - I want to hear the whole story." "Looks like he's not back yet." Vi'lea says. She decides not to mention what Lyssa told her, just in case the elf is wrong and the orc shows up soon. As she waits for Riekan to tell the story of how he and Pepper met Lea the dark elf begins to eat her breakfast. Then suddenly Silvan gets up and says something to the woman in a language Vi'lea does not speak. She frowns, seeing that the Fellgist is clearly worried about something, and it seems to have something to do with Lea, judging by his stare. She begins silently preparing a shadow spell, just in case something happens. Though the woman's calm reaction gives her no reason to think anything may happen.
Before anyone can ask too many questions of the new arrival, Lyssa comes hurrying back into the tavern. She is obviously distressed as she sits down beside Vi'lea and drains someone's leftover cup of ale in a single gulp. "I shouldn't have sent him. Not alone... not... it's no matter." She unrolls the now-familiar map and shows you a location marked not too far from the village. Roughly the same distance as the cave, but in a more northerly direction. "It's a small timber camp. I'd heard word of sightings. Creatures that may be plant-based and possibly carnivorous. I'd also sent him to investigate the rumors of a nearby farm. No one had heard from the farmer in some time and several women had gone missing in the area. I thought... I thought Torvek might be there or at least a lead to where he is located." Lyssa looks up at you, emotion welling in her silver-blue eyes. She holds the gaze of each of you for a moment before taking Vi'lea's hand and squeezing it tightly. "I must ask you to travel to this location. Try to find out what fiends inhabit the area, but do not fight them unless you are certain of victory. I cannot afford to lose you and Hurley." She looks meaningfully at Vi'lea. "Bring him back to me, please." She looks at the rest of you and says, "I will pay double what I paid for the slime girls. But... I won't be paying her." She points at Lea. "I'm not certain why you brought an ooze back with you, but be on your guard around her. Oozes are man-eaters and just as clever as a man." Lea smiles politely. "I assure you, I am no danger. I was only lonely." She puts an arm around Pepper and the redheaded girl turns to Lea and the pair begin to kiss, passionately and quite wantonly, their tongues slipping over each other and Pepper moaning with desire. (OOC: Reikan, you feel no fear at learning Lea is an ooze. If anything it strengthens your affection for the woman.)
Riekan stares at the pair while they kiss lustfully. It doesn't matter to him that Lea is an ooze, she's his and he's hers and that's what matters. He doesn't care they are in front on his companions, he pulls Pepper's hand back to his covered cock while she's still kissing Lea.
Something about her wasn't quite right. And her gaze. He felt as if something had happened that he had missed. So he lowered his own gaze to stare instead at her mouth or neck. Not her eyes. Something wasn't right. Slippy was a monster and a slime. If she had been trapped in the cavern with the slimes, then she should be showing some kind of fear or disgust. Time to speak plainly. "Lea, what are you. A normal woman in the situation you were in wouldn't be so calm about a slime crawling on her. You seem to be hiding something and I don't trust you." (OOC: Sorry, Hematoma beat me...) When he hears that Lea is the Ooze they had hunted, he growls. Then she begins kissing Pepper... "What have you done to them?"
Andreas tumbles back in his chair loudly, roasting the seat back. "OOZE! What in blue blazes!" He backs himself to the fireplace, feeling that's somehow safer. Riekan and Pepper's casual groping sends Andreas's stomach in a twirl. "The hell is wrong with you two? This is the damn thing that controls the slimes we fought and got seriously screwed up against!"
Lea's lips pop free of Pepper's. The spunky redhead moans in disappointment and bites her lower lip. She looks at Lea with love in her eyes. "Done to them? Why, I only gave them what they wanted: me. Ask Riekan if you don't believe me. He was the one who sought my affection." She teases the edge of her cloak, revealing more of the soft, milky white of her breasts. "I have more of that to share if you'd like some, Silvan." "Now, now," she says. "Control is a bit of a strong word. I helped them along, but I'm no better off than them. We simply appeared in this world and had to find our way. Don't damn me for my mind while you keep this poor girl as your plaything." Slippy burbles in agreement.
"It's true," Riekan says. "I love her, and she can love everyone of you as well if you just let her." He gets a crazed look in his eyes. "I can't hold it, Lea, I must have you again!" he exclaims, trying to kiss the voluptuous woman.
