This could certainly be a story element later on! I've got a few in mind but this one could certainly work.
Loved the introduction of dice rolls in big scenes, it adds an element of surprise that, depending on the result, can give the scene a totally unexpected outcome; a good thing, since I think one of the fun aspects of this game is to get challenged by the GM. That said, I wonder what the '20' you rolled on my scene will feature, FallenSaint.
I have an idea in mind now actually Duskford. I'll probably get started on the game in a few hours. I just got home from work and I need to shower and possibly a nap before I'm up to challenging you guys a little more. Those two spots seemed like the best places to introduce it and you both got lucky lol. Especially you Duskford. I hope you like the twist I'm thinking of here.
Damn fellas, lot of catching up to do lol. I love it! I'll be on more tonight but I'll post Dahlia's response for now
It is really taking off now guys. We are past the five page mark already and still the scenes are going strong and have been pretty awesome. no worried Yarkoz, catch up when you can man.
Eight pages and we're still playing the first day, the first morning on Yarkoz's case. If one of us reaches the end of the first day sooner than the others (I think Patzo's Cain will be the first), will that player have to wait for the others to catch up? You know, to keep the story synchronized?
It's probably exacerbated because we haven't interacted with each other yet, so FallenSaint has to do all the plot-driving himself. Depending on how the second day goes you and I might get to finally meet. And I'll probably let you guys catch up to the start of the second day before I keep going.
Yarkoz really could take his time with his section because he isn't involved in the same place of the game yet as you two are. You two possibly meeting would make you two need to keep a similar pace to each other right now. We will only hold a player up if it is really necessary. If not we can keep rolling for now.
Really unless you have any other ideas for the rest of the day, Fallen Saint, after Michael and Dahlia are done, we can easily skip to the second day, since all of her relevant action is happening that morning
I had a bit planned, but nothing major. I'm good with a time jump for Dahlia if you are so no worries.
Want to join in? We could use extra players and I certainly wouldn't mind it. Lol it was your idea that got the story rolling to begin with anyway.
I am considering a character who treats Dahlia in exactly opposite way comparing to Michael. He despises artificial humans and enjoys to humiliate them. Yarkoz Any interest in playing this kind of scenario?
That I am! Let's skip away after they're done! Sure, Hvast! That'll provide some conflicting and interesting tension as Dahlia becomes more thoughtful and aware, and Felix Brown can be that character I think. The opposite of Dr. McCoy from Star Trek, lol
Awesome, we now have four players! Our little community is growing up so fast! I hope this has gotten Friedman's attention lol
