I am sad that RPG section of the forum is in a deep slumber and consider GMing something simple to get it running again. What kind of game you would like to play?
I'm not sure what you mean by "what kind of game", but something fantasy? You tend to have some interesting and fun-to-read ideas when it comes to fantasy.
My current ideas for RPG include 1) Teens strip-poker game with me being the guy who shuffle cards and informs players what they got using PMs. 2) Adult version of Jumanji 3) Suggestion game set in modern world with players playing a spirit\demon capable to posses humans 4) Not sex-focused dungeon master suggestion game 5) Multiplayer game set in custom universe but it is not going to be simple
I've never played Dungeon Keeper, so I can't be sure, but from the brief summaries you posted #4 and #5 are the ones that interest me the most. I picked #4 because it seemed like it would be easier to get into (I could be wrong about this - kinda hard to guess what you have in mind for #5). Maybe give a little more info about each option (if it is possible to do so without any major spoilers)?
#1 is simple, either I do a set of teens and distribute them or let players generate ones and all roleplaying will be done by them, with me being nothing but the guy who runs poker game in background #2 needs some work to create the setting but it will be what one should expect - the game will mess with players in nasty, nasty ways #3 is revolving around a spirit who lives on sexual energy. It possess a human but get no full control. In fact it starting ability is very limited like adding a though to host mind, filling his\her blood with hormones or influence random chance #4 is playing an evil\seemingly evil character who builds a den\fortress\dungeon and protects it against forces of good using traps, magic and minions. It is a mix of strategy and RPG #5 Is a party of adventurers doing the usual adventuring stuff in a generic fantasy setting.
Hmm, when you put it like this I think I like #5 the most (I've read some very good things set in a generic fantasy setting). But I also like #4, as I am a fan of both RPGs and Strategy games.
Would #4 be for just one player? Or would the players be adventurers/minions while the GM is the Dungeon keeper?
It would be suggestion game like this one - http://forum.chyoa.com/threads/adventures-in-syrada-updated-17th-november.353/
Once I have internet again, I'd love to get one of my games running again or start a new one, but as for these ideas, I like #s 1, 4, and 5.
