"Here." He hands her some documentation on the city and its history, for her to read when she has time. "We'll be heading to the exfil point within the hour. When we leave, that's when you'll head south to the ruins."
Natasha look briefly at the documents and heavy sign. That will be a lot of study
"Then I think this is the method to go with. Nobody questions you wearing gloves, or being in places that raise an eyebrow for guests. A freak poisoning accident also serves as an excuse to where the new hire mysteriously disappeared too." Nodding in agreement with her own idea, she rose. "Let me know where I need to go, and I can get to work."
As he applies the amulet to the decoder, the ancient mechanism begins to turn, and the spikes spring out, more than fast enough to impale someone's hands. "What in tarnation...?" The heiress utters as the spikes retract. Though thousands of years old, the decoder begins to spin, complicated machinery inside working better than a modern watch, before it finally slows, the symbol rearranging to form complex sets of numbers.
"Only a few hours by foot, luckily." He nods. "This part of the country isn't too bad. You won't be dying of thirst in this desert, and there's shade from the sun in among the mountains. Before too long you'll reach the site and look like a tourist."
"Very well." Amedee sends the information being played on the TV to Katherine's phone, including the address of the mansion. "Good luck."
Natasha change into civilian clothes, hoping that no of her commrads are peeking at her. As she leave, she put down her AK-47. It was impossible to smuggle it as the tourist, so her gun and combat knive must be enough for her. She checked her backpack for all supplies and get ready with Sonya, reading her new backstory from documents.
There was no doubt in her mind that this couple was well funded and most likely did have connections to the underground. Not the kind of person you wanted knowing your true identity. But for....what was it? She glanced at the false driver's licence for a moment before putting it away in her purse. But for Clarrise Traivers, it wouldn't be a problem to track down someone who doesn't exist.
Natasha send deadly stare to men who try on her and make mark of cutting throat to him, but quickly returns her duty.
She looks at him. "How much do you want? The price isn't important, I can pay it." The heiress says with utter confidence.
As she approaches the house, Katherine hears a loud voice shout "Hey! You!" Turning, she sees a bald headed mafioso glaring at her. "Servants use the servant entrance! Over there! Pezzo di merda!" As she stepped out of her vehicle, she could feel the silk of her stockings as she stretched her leg. She was more than used to wearing skin tight fabric on a regular basis, so it didn't bother her too much as she felt the light silk of her maid outfit rub along her skin. Not that even such a mundane outfit did such a good job of hiding her figure. She had the foressight to do what she could, taping her breasts down to hide her bust, but the things had a mind of a their own, and even with her precautions they were still pretty noticeable. Between wearing flat footwear, wearing her hair down, to make herself appear shorter and more mousey, as well as having the sense to die it a jet black, she hoped she looked convincingly like a different person. A bit of makeup to look younger, eye color contacts, and everything...she didn't take half measures. But....the annoyance was there. She was meant to be whispered about for being impossible to catch, like nothing more than the wind.
But, she kept her head down and walked slowly. Partially in an attempt to feign nervousness, and also to the fact that if there was one thing she'd have trouble disguising well, it was her voice. She didn't want to be in a position where she had to say much. She just needed to hurry up, so she could change out of this, get her hair back to normal and get to work. Clutching the papers of some quickly dashed off resume, she began to advance looking for whoever looked important enough to be the head of staff, already feeling a genuine nervous twitch in her hand, getting impatient at the idea of how long she'd have to put up with going through with her own idea.
"I know what you mean." Sonya agrees. Heading forth, they soon arive in a long canyon, moving between high walls of rock. "Strange that they'd give this job to you specifically." Sonya chats idly. "I guess they're impressed by you. Or maybe they just picked your name out of a hat." She chuckles.
"Um...y...yes..." She kept her words quiet, saying as little as possible. This man seemed awfully prim and proper. Almost like he was born out of another time period with the lack of modernism in his style. No doubt a professional at this kind of life. She didn't doubt he was likely the smartest man in the house. He could be a problem. Yet, she breathed. He didn't have any reason to suspect her of anything yet or assume that this place was even be targeted yet.
Kaneds shakes his head, now more interested in the girls.
