Natasha listen to this thief very carefully, wondering what to do with her. Finally she put back her dagger in her shoe.
Having inspected the wound, Luke pulled his pants back up and nodded, 'I hope they'll hamper each other enough to give us some space to operate. The other people looking for the city probably won't play nicely with the Yakuza either. I met a mercenary group in Sicily looking for the same thing, but I'm not sure if they are behind or in front of us by now.'
"Hmph, at least the body you're in is attractive, this time." She says snidely, before looking a him with interest.
Melinda rolls off, moaning slightly, as Taia stands, chuckling. "I can certainly see that. Who's this, then?" She and Melinda lock eyes, and suddenly the second woman is launching herself forward. "You bitch! Get out of my damned body!" She grabs for Taia's throat, though she's hardly an effective combatant.
The thief nods. "I'll get the orb, just don't do anything stupid to get us both killed."
"I definitely need a shower." Danielle chuckles, and her workout clothes get discarded, leaving her in just the swimsuit.
“That's enough!” Miriam interrupted in her most commanding tone. “I did not bring you back to watch you fight with Taia! As entertaining as it might be to watch the two of you fight in the nude, now is not the time!” She waited for her pet and her new servant to stop, ready to intervene if necessary.
Natasha moves quietly through the mansion. She sees her 'master's' door, and his sons's not far away.
Melinda reluctantly pulls back, cowed by her voice. "Grrr, why does she get my body?" She frowns. Taia chuckles. "I wear it better." Suddenly, Miriam's afraid that Melinda's going to attack again. Eventually, the professor turns to Miriam. "So, what did you need me for? I'm guessing you didn't bring me back to this time out of the good of your heart."
“I didn't want to just abandon you in that room and leave you stuck for who knows how long. I may not be the nicest person in the world, but I do have some standards. That I get a second servant is a nice bonus.” Miriam replied. “Anyway, we should probably get going as soon as I put on some clothes. No need to waste time.” While getting dressed she explained to Melinda what had happened since Taia had taken over the professor's body and where they were headed next.
Eloise looks at him hatefully as she moans, her loathing for him only increasing her own pleasure. "You are such a dick..."
Slowly, Melinda puts her emotions aside for a moment, despite everything still eager to get the prize of the lost city.
"O-Of course I don't..." He feels her juices on her fingers.
They nod. Heading outside, Miriam links up with Ben and Bast, and the group of them are soon headed out into the desert.
“First let's have a look around and make sure the camp is as deserted as it appears. Then we will check the campsite and see if there's anything of interest for us. After that we will proceed to where the gateway to the city is supposed to be.” Miriam 'suggested' as she looked first at the abandoned campsite and then at her companions.
