Question about fantasy races and site rules

If you have to spell out that a character "looks underage/like a human child" in such clear words, you're probably doing something wrong anyways...
There's plenty of ways to bring across a sense of anime-style cuteness/freshness/innocence/frailty/etc. (which is the core appeal that people actually want) without spelling it out like a fucking idiot.
