No, not yet. They just follow people and put the links on their profile pages.

 

I banned them all.

 

I think zhashovac could be a spammer. She(or maybe he) followed me and I checked her profile. Her entire recent activity is just following users. You should check it out.

So what did you do? That user still exist. I can still see her profile.

I don't know if she following me can do any harm to my stories or chapters but I am not taking any risk.

 

The account is banned and the following and the spam on the profile is removed. (The notification might still be there.)

 

As gene.sis said, the account is banned. There is no danger. Don't worry!

 

Lisa7r33 (https://chyoa.com/user/Lisa7r33) is spamming private messages with cutt.ly links.

Side note: is there any way to mass delete private messages or mark all as read? I have over a hundred from them and manually opening them all to get rid of the red flag would be tedious.
