Eve blushes under her blindfold as she noticed the stares she had gathered. Her lustful body betraying her by growing excited, but thankfully, nothing else happened... aside from the twi'lek receptionist saying how she'll be working here from now on. "Y-yes." Eve mumbled, as she takes her money, and returns. Once at the ship, she lets out a deep sigh... followed by a shudder. Why... did my body get even more sensitive? She pondered, unaware that her mental state also affected how fast her arousal was building up. But as Valentija approached. "It was... it went well." She replied, showing her partner the money. 75,000 credits in one night. Though she doubts she could keep earning such sum if she continued working there, but perhaps she could still make good money from it.
Looking at the Basilisk, Isabia guesses that she could fit it in the Barloz, at the expense of room for about half the prisoners. Looking around, she spots a small figure in a robe - a Jawa, approach the droid, cutting at it with a welder. Behind the Jawa, three trandoshans approach. "Out here all alone, little guysss?" The lead trandoshan grins. "Don't you know, your speciesss needsss to pay a tax to be on Coruscant?" The creature's friends laugh. "Why don't you give us what you've salvaged, before you end up hurting yourself?" The trandoshans move in. The Jawa keeps working on the droid, ignoring the thugs.
Isabia walked to trandoshan, putting hand on her blaster. "You are right guys, that some species have to pay a taxes here, but I think you are not these ones to collect them." She said in calm voice that mean no more, that if they looking for trouble, they will find them. "I'm sure you have much better things to do, than wasting your time here."
"For now..." Eve mumbled, "I suppose we should stock up on equipment, before doing another job." She proposed, "Also, if you want to take lessons to polish your skills, I'll support you. After all, we're in this together." She smiles, but Valentija would notice a slight change in the android. Mainly, her voice, as it lacked her usual monotone way of speaking.
Spoiler: Intimidation Roll D100: 65 "Hmph..." The lead trandoshan grunts, licking his lips. "We ain't in the mood for trouble with no Mandaloriansss..." Isabia notes with pride that they're looking at her new, beskar helmet. "Let'sss go, boysss." He hisses, and the trandoshans slowly depart. Through all of this, the Jawa has been working on the droid, not paying any attention to the scuffle. "Ooh, thank you very much!" A synthesised voice says nearby, and Isabia sees a protocol droid approaching. "Master R'Zin is on a critical mission, and can't afford interruptions. Your help is much appreciated, noble Mando'a." The droid bows, as the Jawa tightens some screws.
"Hey, you're not saying you don't approve of my skills, do you?" Valentija chuckles. "You seem... different. A little more lively."
"Of course not." Eve replied, "I'm simply... worried. This last mission especially, if things went wrong. Who knows what may have happened to us." She added, before tilting her head. "More... lively... is that a bad thing?" She asked, unsure how to detect natural changes in her body, aside from doing an examination.
Isabia smile to hersellf as they walk way like scared cats. Mandalorian reputation and her new beskar are do a job. " You are welcome, I just passing by. " She said removing hand from blaster. " So, you are protocolar droid, with multiple languages? Let's ask your master R'Zin, how much he want for this thing. I think I could find some useful parts for myself." She said pointing at the Basilisk.
"I know. I was just joking around." Valentija smiles. "Oh, no, not at all! If anything, it's a good thing. You seem more human, or, well, Miraluka. You have a little more pep in your step."
"Of course, noble one." The droid moves over to the Jawa, who lets out a fast paced stream of words ending with the phrase "Utinni!" Then, the Jawa returns to his work, tossing away a burnt out combustion manifold into a small cart of ruined parts, and replacing it with a shiny, new one. "Unfortunately, Master R'Zin is not selling this droid - he's repairing it, for use in his latest mission." The droid pauses, moving to and fro, as though computing how to phrase the next bit. "He also states that he has a duty to keep such powerful droids out of the hands of those who might misuse them."
"I know." Eve smiles, before nodding as Valentija replied to her question. "I see, then that it wonderful." She added, "Now then, to business. Why don't you find an instructor to help you learn how to fire rifles? I am confident in my abilities in close combat, but for targets further away, I'd need help to reach them." The android said, as she pondered their next move. "And I suppose we should also have your clothes lined with armor."
Isabia look at Java, knowing if she wants, she could take it by force, but maybe she could still convince him. "Look, I know that ship it is Basilisk, pride of mandalorian, my kind. As mandalorian I'm better user of such weapon, because it is also part of history of my people." She said and add at the end. "What do you say for that. I will help you in your next mission, when you repair ship and then you will sell me the ship? I have ship large enough to transport Basilisk, it won't be a problem and also support of mandalorian warriores is worth much, as you managed to see by your own eyes. I'm also skilled mechanic so I can help repair that ship myself".
"That sounds like a good move. I can't rely on New Republic marines to do that work for me, anymore." She agrees. "And I wouldn't mind that - I don't like moving around in proper armor. Lining sounds like the next best thing."
"Alright, how about we split up for the day as well? I take it there must be a marksman in the guild willing to help you for the right price." Eve replied with a smile, her tone even hinting at Valentija to seduce her would be teacher. "The clothing store I went to worked quick for an extra hundred credits. Then you can buy which rifle suites you best." She nods as she hands Valentija some credits. "I'll go check on Zer0, and see if he's discovered new upgrades for me."
Spoiler: Persuasion Roll D100:78+15=93 The droid turns to his master, who is already turning to face them for the first time. He says a few lines, and the droid translates. "My master agrees - help him with his mission, provide your ship as transport, and the Basilisk is yours, free of charge, when the mission is complete." The Jawa adds a few words, which the droid translates. "Master R'Zin wishes to point out that you're welcome to any credits obtained in your travels together, but that this mission won't be easy." There's a whoosh, and then a low hum, as the Jawa pulls out a small cylinder of metal, and presses a button, revealing a brilliant blade of yellow light, attracting the attention of some passersby, unused to the sight of a Jedi. The Jawa deactivates the lightsaber, tucking the weapon back at his hip. "Master R'Zin has never worked with a Mandalorian, before. He's eager to see what you can do."
Isabia rise eyebrown for lightsaber. It look like this Jawa didn't need her help with these thugs. "Don't judge book by cover I guess." Isabia joked and look again on the basilisk. "So, you say that mission will be hard one. It means that I go a need some time for preparation. If we fly tomorrow morning it will be okey for you? This is my ship, as you can see. " She asked and if Java agree, she will return to her ship. "Hey, Vetrik! Did you unpack yourself already or you need my help?"
"Right, sure. Oh..." Valentija blushes as she realises what her partner is implying. She doesn't seem opposed, though. In fact, she seemed a little jealous of Eve when she returned from her lewd outing. "We'll meet back here?"
"Yes." Eve nods, smiling, "Unless you had something else in mind?" She asked in a curious tone, "I recall that celebrations were usually held after an event, or after overcoming an ordeal. Perhaps we should do the same?"
"Master R'Zik will need the day to complete his repairs, in any case, so that is optimal." The droid confirms, as the Jawa goes back to the Basilisk. Looking at the ancient droid, the Mandalorian would normally be doubtful that he could pull it off - but Jawas are known for being miracle workers with tech. Vetrik meets her at the entry ramp. "Yep, I readied your room and mine. This ship is great - a real Tantalus core engine!" He beams. "And the last owner left his sabaac deck on the table." He chuckles, holding up the cards.
