With their enemies stunned, DT-L30 runs for the ship. Helping anyone of their own to get inside, he waits for Zenobia to get in, before jumping in himself.
Everyone aboard, the ramp closes. The ship is rocked by X-Wing fire, and Zenobia rushes up a ladder to reach a turret.
Dannan kept her supported as they walked. The explosion behind her didn't bode well for the enemy, but she wouldn't be the one who would have to worry about their injuries. While pressed for time, Dannan wasn't exactly sprinting, not trying to put too much of a strain on her patient as they made their way back to the ship.
DT-L30 sighs, "Is everyone alright?" He asked, but when the ship was under fire. He moves toward an unoccupied gun turret as well. Trying to shoot down their pursuers.
As they move, an explosion rocks the ground, but they're able to reach the ship unharmed. Cyrus is nowhere to be found, the devaronian running the ship, and the trandoshans helping Danann bring Mari to the med bay.
On the lower gun, DT sees an X-Wing trailing the ship, firing a wave of bolts that ricochet against the shields. On his way to the gun, he hears Song swearing, and a few of the men he doesn't know personally groaning out in pain. Meera holds her arm, apparently dislocated, and smashes it against the wall, screaming out as it pops back into place.
While she picked up on the captain being missing, there was priorities to focus on. If he wasn't around though, it meant...Cyrus was too tough and too stubborn to die. He'd recover on his own if he wanted to. He wasn't present...and it most likely meant... that had to be a later problem. Getting Mari to sit down on the bed and rest for a moment, giving her another once-over to check for anything she might have missed, the doctor took the time to give a more careful approach for applying gels to the burns. "Get some rest....I get the feeling that you'll need to be in the best possible condition soon." Leaving the med-bay, Dannan approached the devaronian who had apparently taking up command for the time being. "What's the casualties? How many wounded?"
DT-L30 nods at his fellows to hold on, and be strong. He immediately mounts the turret, shooting st the X-Wing trailing them.
He takes a look in the crew section. "Besides our VIP? Two of the Twi'leks, I think. They're not your responsibility, though. You don't get paid for helping them. Focus on Mari."
Being an excellent shot, DT manages to land a number of hits which damage the starfighter's shields. It backs off, and he can see one of it's tubes open. It fires a proton missile at the freighter.
Gailte looks carefully over the map then nods. "As soon as we enter the area, I want jammers online. We shall enter the system in full combat alert. Of there are no ships present, then I want combat teams sent to that stations, along with fighter and bomber escort. I want that station secured and cleaned from any rebel agents." Gailte paused. "Once all ships are ready, order a jump. I also want fighters around the station immediately, blocking any ship from escaping."
"Get paid?....no, I guess, I wouldn't." Dannan fully acknowledged the fact that they weren't neccessary. "....so anyway, get the Twil'eks to the med-bay. Mari needs time. There's nothing that can be done right now other than wait. Those two can still most likely be saved and we still have more supplies stocked than we actually need right now."
Avina nods. "You heard the Commodore, prepare to jump!" The ship speeds to hyperspace, and in a handful of minutes is in the system. Gailte sees nothing through the viewscreen but empty space, the station lying inert and the pinkish nebula cloud not seeming to hide anything, though sensors can't detect through nebulae. An interceptor jumps next to the Netuno and the Victory SD's. It's captain reports in. "Ready to activate gravity well generator on your command, Commodore. We'll keep the enemy from fleeing to hyperspace." Avina begins ordering the fighter wings.
He looks confused, but gestures his head towards the trandoshans, and they move the blue men into the med bay.
"I want that station cleared and secured. Send a team with sensor equipment there." Gailte looked at nebula. "Also sent few patrols into the nebula... That place looks like a good place to hide and set an ambush..."
"Yes ma'am." In a few moments, TIE fighters begin to launch, along with multiple troop transports, headed for the station. They land, and begin to relay information back. There is the sound of blasters, before the team leader's voice comes through, broadcasted on the bridge. "Ma'am, we've got some scum here. Look like common fugitives taking shelter from the law. They surrendered after a few shots. My men are exploring the rest of this place. What do you want done with these?"
The officer returns after a while. "You there. The away team on the station has requested technical assistance. Follow me". He leads the engineers to a shuttle. "Don't worry, it should be perfectly safe. Just a few scared criminals, no match for stormtroopers".
The wing commander's voice comes through the radio, as the starfighters begin to launch. "Delta, Commodore wants someone to check out that nebula. Scout it out, make sure that nobody's waiting for us". His TIE flys out of the hangar.
Fendrat nod to officer and wave on Cara and bothenian twins. "Okey guys, let's go." He said taking his tools box with him.
Dannan gives another thank you to the Trandoshans and allows them in. As soon as they are set down, she's on them looking over their wounds.
