Once he was free, DT-L30 unsheathes his vibroknife, slashing and stabbing the pirate until he was dead, or too injured to move. He then returns to cover and fires at the other pirates.
'Thank you, wing commander,' Loreley nodded and followed him. She entered the assault craft and went to the cockpit.
The man goes down, his throat cut. DT manages to hit a pirate retreating, as two groups of them split, one heading towards the hangar, and the other to the bridge.
"Ok we head Your Tunnel then....lets move slow and quiet. And watch for Turrets they are hard to see in The Dark"
They take off, and head to the Dauntless. Once there, Loreley notices small pirate shuttles leaving the Imperial craft.
Once the fire fight was over, DT-L30 checks the pirate's bodies for any grenades, or info on who they are. He then orders the storm troopers to head for the hanger, where the rest probably are. DT-L30 heads for the bridge, his footsteps fast, yet silent. He keeps his guard up in case they set traps.
Together the group heads down the tunnel, reaching a large blast door. Dani manages to slice the controls, and it lifts up, bathing them in a red glow. Looking up, they see and hear the factory.
"Secure the ship and check if you can start the engines - if not, we will have to haul it back." Leaving a star destroyer for rebels was unacceptable. "Evacuate all other ships. Once the destroyer is secured, put victories next to it."
The droid pipes up. "We're not to disrupt production. Just disable the guard droids." Dano says "We should be able to find some sort of controls in the central spire. That's next door, according to my map". He gestures to a datapad.
"The engineers are telling me they need proper facilities to fix the engines. We'll need to haul it, I'm afraid".
She sees them head away from the Dauntless, heading to the edge of the debris field. The computer informs her that they're making hyperspace calculations.
Seeing that they were fleeing and not fightling, Loreley didn't bother them, she couldn't do much while docked to the Daunltess anyway.
A pirate stands at the blast door to the bridge, planting a breaching charge on the door. A group of six pirates cover him, opening fire on DT as they spot him.
"Ok we move there. Brair and I upfront. Yasmeena and Doran keep an eye on our back. Droid You tell Us When You spot trouble with Your Sensors..."
After a while, an the officer approaches Cara and Fendrat. "Hey, Chief". He sounds a little less overwhelmed. "Boss needs you to head down to the Star Destroyer to work on the engines."
As they move, Briar whispers into Paz's helmet. "Thanks for back there. You saved my ass". The noise of the busy factory masks their approach, and they're able to get half way across the factory floor without incident.
