He gives a mock-hurt expression. "Oh, my poor broken heart". He opens up the ramp. "I know a few places that aren't half bad".
Loreley put her hair up in a ponytail and grabbed her leather jacket, 'Let's go then. We should also bring something back for Tarrik.'
“I’ll try not to go too crazy, at least....” Dannan got ready to leave, as she looked over the building. “...maybe invest in installing a few turrets...get a bit more people on security detail... just for a worst case scenario. Even if we don’t need them now, it’s better to have it and not need it than to be without them when we do.” She didn’t expect problems at something as simple as hosting a party, but if anyone was going to do something stupid, that seemed like the time they would. Taking her holocommunicator, she pressed the button to get in contact with Mari as she started to walk outside to the lobby as she took a seat on a nearby couch while talking into the transmitter. “Hey, slut. I’m ready when you are.”
He leads her through the streets, coming to a stall selling meat skewers. "I had these after I got the ship. They were pretty good".
'Sure, cuz, looks delicious,' Loreley nodded to Teal with a smile and approached the stall, ordering two bantha skewers for them.
“We’ll find something nice for you, and then you can help pick out a dress for me. First, stop before we get to that, I want to see about getting you some improvements...they’ll get a lot of use outside of battle too, believe me. Then after that, maybe a quick stop at the pet store to get you a leash.” Having rounded up Mari, the two head out to the cities shopping centre to start their spree as Dannan debated exactly where to go, but ruling since any cybernetics would take the most time, that should be done first.
Leading Mari, Danann goes to the cybernetics district. Unlike the shady lower city cybernetics store she went to last time, the stores here are completely top of the line and legitimate. In the highest end of the district, Danann judges that any of the most expensive places would give equal quality.
Vahlia eyebrows lift curious by Silris words and glad it can begin. She looks around this barren cold rocky planet not seeing much life forms around. She wonders which system this is, but focuses on the training she is set to do. “Let’s begin Sister” Vahlia speaks ready for it to begin.
Picking one to enter, she already has a plan of what she wants to do as she enters one of the shops along with the Twilek and approaches the assistant, all the while, walking in as if she owned the place. "Yes. I'd like to get some wired reflexes for my friend here and myself." There was a specific reason she wanted that one. The added flexibility and motor control wouldn't be just useful in combat...Mari would definitely get more use out of it than that, plus, it would be another added bonus to make her able to go through critical surgeries that much faster. Wondering how much other time she had...she remembered just how much trouble she had each and every time an opponent physically overpowered her. As well as she could plan for things, it fell apart as soon as she ever had to get physical with anybody. There would need to be something to help even the odds. "Would there be enough time to throw in something for their arms? Make them stronger? Maybe add in a blade or electrical pulse, or something along those lines?"
The store attendant nods. "Reflex mods, yes ma'am. Make you stronger? Certainly. How strong depends on whether you're willing to undergo physical changes. Without altering your figure, we would be able to modify your arms and musculature to be able to lift possibly 150 pounds more than you're physically able to now. Beyond that, for a high premium, we could make you physically strong enough to lift a speeder, but this would make you significantly bulkier."
Silri nods. For the next week, Vahlia endures a gruelling training regimen, her body and mind pushed to their limits. She benefits greatly, however, as she learns much. Her abilities expand, as she develops her skill at telekinesis, able to move objects up to the size of a Wookie with her mind. She learns to control her skill with magick, able to materialise objects up to the size of a sword into reality without harming herself. She learns that trying to materialise larger objects, like the rancors on Dathomir, could kill her, and that she needs more training before she can do that. She also learns a new skill. She develops the power to drain the life from a living creature, practicing on the small crustaceans on the barren planet, and then, later, on Rowan. By the end of the week, she has amassed enough power to be able to kill small creatures, and make humanoids ill, using their lifeforce to heal her own lesser injuries. For now, her drain life ability can only be used by physically touching a person, but Silri informs her that with practice she will be able to drain a person from across a room, killing them. When she reaches a high level of proficiency, Vahlia will be able to bring herself back from the verge of death. At the end of the week of brutal training during the days, and lustful orgies during the nights, Silri summons Vahlia to the top of a mountain, where a stone tablet stands. Using her power, Silri smashes the tablet, withdrawing a blade, which she hands to Vahlia. Looking upon it, Vahlia sees that the handle is made of bone, with a curved blade made of a dark metal the likes of which she's never seen before. "This sword was used by our ancestors to slay both Jedi and Sith. It protected the nightsisters for generations. Now, it will be wielded by you, as you use it to restore the nightsisters. Use it well." She kisses Vahlia. "Come, there is something else that I would show you".
"Yes, I do. He referred me to you, when I brought up my idea. Anyway, I'm not at liberty to share any specific details, but I need it for a mission, which is in two days. You think we can work something out?" He asked, while looking around the lab.
She touches her chin. "Possibly. Do you have any grenades? We still have some of the preserved pheromones here. I have an idea for how we can preserve them on the move, though I don't know if it'll work. I'll make you a deal. I'll work on these grenades for you, and in return, you report back to me on how effective they were. No classified information, of couse, just strictly report how well they can incapacitate a female hostile."
"No need to alter my looks. The reflexes and the arm without premium should work just fine." There was more reasons than just superficial. A bulkier arm would make it more difficult to use her blasters even with her improvements that would make her blaster skills border on prenatural. It would slow her down, be clunky for delicate tasks like stitching someone back up, and the bigger issue is that obviously noticeable adjustments would make her lose all element of surprise for when she'd seriously need it to counter opponents. Other cyborgs would probably be able to match her in combat, so ideally, being able to hit them while not aware she was stronger than she looked would be to her advantage. Other than that, even at only 150 pounds more, that was still enough to pick up people with just one arm or crush their skulls into dust...not that she planned to exactly, but it would certainly look imposing. She was no natural physical fighter, but between that and the reflex improvements, she'd be both, fast and strong, and it would at least compensate for her lack of actual fighting prowess.
