The men talk amongst themselves. "We'd have to ask our client. It wouldn't be honourable if we just abandoned our posts. You mind if we contact him to ask?"
Loreley listened to Teal's story, 'I'm sorry you had to go through that. Both of you. I can't thank you enough for coming to my rescue, but... you shouldn't have risked your lives. Xizor would've killed you, if I hadn't...' She stopped herself, a pained look on her face.
"Shhhh, it's okay now, Lore." He puts a hand on her cheek. "Of course we'd risk our lives. We love you.'
Quietly approaching from behind, Dannan gives no forewarning when she is suddenly right behind Mari, groping at her from behind. "Hey, skank. Ready?"
'I love you both too,' Loreley smiled, 'But you don't understand... I agreed to be Xizor's agent in the Navy, so he would let me go and spare you when you attacked his station... you destroyed something pretty dear to him. And now we're in his debt or somthing like that.' She sighed.
DT-L30 used the time to rest, while watching Fendrat tinker with some pieces of technology. It wasn't until after he finished that DT-L30 found out it was a bomb, "What? What language is that?" He asked in a confused tone.
The older man gets on his comm link. He shows the person on the other side Paz's image, and eventually turns it off. "He says that Djorak and I can go with you. The others have to stay in the tomb and guarding the door." He picks up a laser gatling gun, and Djorak shoulders his stormtrooper blaster. "Alright, let's go."
Mari jumps a little bit, whilst several employees look shocked, but quickly look back to their work. "Ready for what?"
"I hope You know where this Tomb is....It's something about Ragnos....But I can't read these Symbols."
Dannan gave an internal smile at the look of the normal legitimate employees being confused. None of them seemed willing to comment. The temptation for another round of public humiliation was strong...and this was in her own business, so nobody could really make her leave....but there was more important things other than just molesting Mari again, as sad as it was. "We need to hit up some people to make business deals. Do you still remember how to handle yourself? Or have I ruined that part of your brain?"
Loreley nodded and sat down on the bed, before falling backwards and sighing, 'Ugh, I feel exhausted.' She lied on her back in the bed, in the flimsy garment Xizor had chosen for her, it accentuated all her curves and left next-to-nothing to the imagination.
"My mind hasn't completely gone to mush, no. I can still fight." At the sound of the word fight, a Devaronian walks up to Danann, standing ramrod straight and saluting. "Hello, Ms Sarafiel. I'm Hula Kyle, the chief of security around here. Are you in need of protection? I can have my men come with you, or accompany you myself, if necessary."
Teal kisses her cheek. "Rest. You're safe now." He turns and leaves the bedroom. Tarrik smiles. "Hey, at least you look amazing. That's some consolation."
Dannan gave a polite smile. She hadn't had a proper chance to get to know everybody's names. While some were on the consortium payroll, it was tough telling who was legitimate and who wasn't at this point. "My friend might not look it, but she's pretty capable for most things." Dannan had already seen Mari fight. She hadn't seen much about this Devaronian...but all in all, there was no reason something should go wrong. Still, he was somebody who actually looked reliable for a change...maybe just keep him away from hearing anything too shady and it would work. "Still, if for no other reason than the company, I would prefer it if you did tag along. No need to take everybody. The labs are in the middle of important work. Have your people stay alert. Will they be fine without you there to stay on top of them?"
Loreley nodded and smiled at Teal before he left. She then looked to Tarrik and chuckled, 'You like the get up? It's pretty... daring, and I should hate it... but I like it too.' She sat up a moment, 'But it's probably not the most comfortable thing to sleep in.' She opened the bra, revealing the golden nipple chain, and removed the loincloth, showing Tarrik that she was completely smooth down below now. Removing the various bits of jewellery and diamond choker, she sat there only with her immaculately groomed braid and the golden nipple chain, she looked down, 'Damn, how do you even remove this thing?'
"Here." Tarrik helps detach the chain. "You know, this is real gold, and I'm pretty sure that these are real diamonds. You might be able to sell these for a good payday. "
Fendrat smile. "I don't know egzacly what it mean, but once I was on refuge ship, a lot of people use it as some kind of battle cry. 'Kurwa mać!!!' and everybody know the things getting seriosly."
'Thanks,' Loreley smiled, 'Maybe I wanted to keep them? To remind me how my best friend and my cousin saved me from the evil crime lord?'
