The Netuno moves down, firing on the cloud, which Gailte can now see is made out of small explosive droids. In a risky maneuver, the ship descends into the atmosphere of Tattooine, almost losing control and plummeting to the ground below, but managing to stay afloat. The droids, programmed to simply chase after a target and explode, follow, and are incinerated in the atmosphere. The pirate corvette makes a dangerous ramming attempt, but faces concentrated fire from the ion turrets the droids were meant to destroy, and is disabled at the last moment, screeching against the Netuno's hull as it barely misses, and floats to a dead stop. Seeing how poorly this engagement has gone, the second corvette stays at a wide distance, not eager to fight. As Gailte gains a moment of peace, she hears klaxons, announcing that the ship has been boarded by the pirates from the asteroid belt.
Gailte smiles. "Secure the bridge. Launch fighters and send boarding parties to the disabled Corvette. Have the deathtroopers protect the bridge and stormtroopers hunt for pirates. Start approach to other Corvette." She licked her lips and connected the holo to the other ship. "Well, it looks like that didn't go according to plan." She crossed her arms below her bust. "Now, would be a good time to start renegotiations."
The officers carry out her orders. There are reports of fighting on multiple decks, as strike teams try to breach the bridge, while groups of pirates try to hold off the Imperial troops. The pirate smirks at her. "I'm not so sure, gorgeous. Do you really think that I'd pull a job so risky without a contingency? The Rebels aren't paying as much as your Hutt, but I'll take a small payday over dying." As he speaks, three Rebel frigates warp into the system and begin opening fire on the Netuno, the pirate corvette joining them.
"Send signal to Harbinger, have Tie fighters concentrate on closest frigate. Move as close to leading frigate, as you can. We will use him as shield." Gailte smirked - and now the trap was closing. She connected to pirate again, looking disrought as a defeated woman - the show must go on. "It looks like you cornered me... Tell me, is the information about Jedi, even real?" She asked, bitting nervously her lip.
Her subordinate nods and moves to obey her orders, blasts ricocheting against the Netuno's shields. The pirate smiles at her, thinking that he's won. "Actually, yes. I was in the Republic Navy like you. I served on this Jedi's ship. I made a routine stop on Arkanis, went into a cantina, and who should I see? This damn Jedi, shaking her ass for credits!" He gives Gailte a look of incredulity. "She probably thought that no one would expect a Jedi to be doing a job so disreputable, but I had a thing for her during my entire time as an officer, so I recognised her. Cost me a pretty penny, but I finally got to have her body, as well".
"Fuck her, and when you are done, sell her, mhm~" Gailte moaned throatily, shivering visibly. "I do love that ruthlessness." She licked her lips. "Was she good?" She disconnected, then connected to leading rebel frigate. "Javar Dele, are you there? Or was the man to cowardly to come himself?" Gailte looked at the tactical, analysing situation.
Before she logs off, the pirate smirks. " She was worth every penny." As the TIE fighters do battle with the Rebel Z-95s, the Netuno positions itself so that only the lead frigate can fire upon her. The two ships fire on each other in a duel, but the superior weaponry of the Acclamator wreaks havok on the Rebel ship's shields. A communications officer signals that the Harbinger is on the way. The fighting going on in her ship is inconclusive. A hologram appears, showing a man she recognises, the one who beat her. Javar Dele looks at Gailte impassively. "Are you calling to surrender?"
Gailte observed the battle with interest. Tie were superior to Z95, so there would be no problem on this side. "Concentrate the ion cannons on leading ship. The rest of the canons aim for their batteries." "How goes the dealing with the boarding parties?" She asked. "How goes with taking over the Corvette." She then started holo again. "Javar Dele." She greeted. "It's been a while. Couldn't stay away from me? Might you fell in love?"
Paz powers up The Engines and Heads towards The Cruizer, trying to fly unnoticed trough The Chaos of Battle and reach The marked Hangar.
A lieutenant salutes. "Ma'am, we're in a stalemate. The death troopers are holding off the pirate assault teams headed here, but the stormtroopers we've sent to deal with them have met heavy resistance. The pirates reprogrammed some of our defence turrets. They've inflicted heavy casualties on our men. We've had no word from our own boarding party. They've failed to respond. Whether that's because they've had a comms failure, or something worse, is impossible to say". A screen reads out that the lead frigate's shields are about to fail, but the Netuno's are under 50% and the other frigates are flanking around and about to get into firing range. Javar looks unphased. "Love is not the right word. You killed my brother, and so you will belong to me. Surrender, and become my slave willingly, and your men don't need to die".
Paz flies inside without any trouble. There are only two people in the hangar, both pirates, who assume that he must be one of them.
Paz leaves his Ship and follows The Laid out Holomap on The Display of his Armbrace Computer, ignoring The Pirates as long as they don't do anything.
He's not troubled by anyone, until he enters a remote service corridor, where he sees two death troopers. They were clearly not expecting anyone to find this route, so they are a little slow in drawing and firing their blasters.
"Slave?" She laughed. "That's not what I would do to killer of my sibling. You are a terrible sibling." Gailte said as she wondered how much more time she will have to wait for the damn destroyer.
Paz and the death troopers exchange fire in the small hallway. There's little cover, so a number of blaster bolts bounce off of his armour, but he manages to score headshots on both troopers, killing them. He's uninjured, but the heat and force of the blaster bolts are extremely painful.
The other frigates are almost in firing positions as the lead frigate's shields go out, and it's disabled by ion bolts. The Netuno's shield strength goes down to 20% with the last enemy salvo. The Rebel commander shrugs. "Maybe. Maybe my brother is just an excuse, and I just wanted to own you after seeing your amazing body. It doesn't matter. You'll be my slave, or you'll die".
Paz bites his Teeth, ignoring The Pain. His Armour is visibly undamaged due to The Beskar. He searches both Troopers for Commlinks or other Clues on how The Imperial Troops Patrol The Ship.
Paz finds their commlinks, but no indication of their troop strength. The way ahead is completely dark, however, and gives no sign of being occupied.
