‘My ... employer ... has suspended my medical benefits, I have to pay for this out of my own pocket,’ Arkad admitted, ‘So, do you know a place or not?’
He looks back at him from his seat. "Hmh...maybe. Cant quiet Remember....If there would be something to refresh my Memory"
Hoping he meant credits and not orally servicing him like the Grand Admiral did, Arkad pulled out a credit chit, ‘Would this help?’
He quickly takes the credits "Ahhh now I remember! District 2. Pretty Cheap. Want me to bring You there? Cheapest One You will find."
Arkad was not sure if the cheapest one was the best option, ‘Alright, take me there, I can still back out if it looks like a death trap.’
The Duros nods and starts to Fly towards District 2 with The Skycar. "So You got fired? Economy goes to Shit since The Empire took over. No Ship leaves without them knowing. Smugglers and Syndicates are pissed like never before. Wouldnt be suprised if they start a War."
Arkad took the opportunity to get a feel for the mood on the street, ‘You think they would stand a chance? How could a few smugglers and mobsters win where all the soldiers and ships of the Republic lost? Maybe it’s just a transition period before things go back to normal.’
The Duros frowns slightly. "Youre New to Coruscant or some Upper Level Guy with his head in The Clouds? Coruscants Lower Levels...which makes The Most of The Cityplanet gets Controlled by Syndicates and Gangs, not The Republic. I heard they even had to pay to those Gangsters to avoid Trouble in The Upper Levels so People like You can make Vecation here and Tell Yourself how great Coruscant is. The Lower Levels are a whole different World My Friend. Drugs, Rape, Murder and Prostitution Rule there, not The Republic, Jedi Order or This Stupid Empire."
‘The accent did not give away that I am not from here?’ Arkad chuckled, ‘Maybe all the syndicate leaders of the lower level would be better off making a new deal with the Empire then? I doubt a war would benefit them, those Imperial are far more ruthless than the Republic.’
"You cant defeat crime. The more The Empire squeezes, the more Trouble these People will cause....anyway who did You work for? This Coat looks expensive as Hell."
‘Oh, this? It was a gift. I could not afford it myself. But I worked as a droid mechanic before I was replaced—ironically—by another droid,’ Arkad said.
Several Minutes later The Skycar Lands in District 2. Its Dark on The Street they Land and many Species are Roaming to The Streets to go To Clubs, Bars or Dinners. The only Light sources are The Big Letters of The Shops, Bars and Countless other Etablisments. "Well we are here..."
Arkad looked at the rundown place around him, ‘Lovely place,’ Arkad said and pulled out another credit chit to pay the fare, ‘Where is that clinic you mentioned?’
"Down The Street and then turn Left. It has a Sign 'Clinic' on it." He takes The Credits and Flys off with The Skycar.
Trying to avoid the people who looked like trouble, Arkad walked the streets and started looking for the clinic.
Most People seem to ignore him and go their business, some however Muster him as he passes trough The Street.
Arkad tried to go about his business and looked around the streets for anything else interesting while he continued to the clinic. Mysa arrived at the base armoury, she looked around the place, ‘Hellooo? Anybody home?’
