"Good. I look forward to it." Vizelle smiles, leaving Mary by herself. She now heads to Dr. Finos, to see what she's researching.
"Lokan" Vladimir nodded back and watched the lessons for a while. Eventually he grabbed a training weapon and stepped into the cage and asked, "Care to show these Neophytes a more intense bout?
Elena smiled and bowed in response to the man' salute. She was not military, so it was the proper way to respond. "Thank you, admiral. Most of the credit goes to the crewmen of the 3rd fleet. Without their assistance and dedication, the victory would be impossible to achieve with only forces of the order."
Heading to the small quarter that Finos has distinguished as her 'lab', Vizelle sees the blonde fiddling with tech from the tower.
"If you're up to it, old man." Logan grins, cracking his thick neck. One of the trainees gives a chuckle, only to be frightened into submission by Logan's scowl.
The admiral nods. "Make no mistake, I have no problem with the men and women of our navy. It's the tired old politicians in the Admiralty that I-..." He pauses. "Pardon, sister, you didn't bring me here to hear me complain. Shall we get to the purpose of our visit?"
"Don't worry Admiral. I had to fight with the admiralty for them to acknowledge the triumph to the men and women of the campaign who clearly deserve it." She chuckled. "I know exactly what you are talking about." She turned and waved at the marines standing attention. "Please. We can inspect the ship."
Elena smiled. "I'm glad we agree on it." She raised her arm, pointing at the rows of soldiers. "Would you like to inspect the troops or see the captured ship first, admiral?"
"Well, I've already spoken to Wynne. And she's eager to work with me. But what about you?" Vizelle cooed, "I'm not quite sure where your loyalties lie."
She shrugs. "Loyalties aren't what concerns me. Science is. All I need from you is meaningful, engaging work to do. Wynne became unable to give me that work, so now I work for you."
"Fufu. What a straightforward answer." Vizelle grins, "Very well. Then I'll show you something interesting." The sorceress cooed, moving closer, and placing a finger on Natasi's forehead. "Relax." She hummed, then shared the information about what destroyed the ancient psionics.
Elena nodded. "Very well, Admiral." She said with a smile, as she started leading the officer around the ship. After some time, they arrived at the bridge. "The bridge. It's a wonder, how the Prince managed to acquire that ship... something for the Naval Intelligence to discover, I guess..." she said with a hum.
Natasi goes pale, and shakes, reminding Vizelle of her own reaction, though this is less intense, being second hand. "That's...That was..." She breathes. "I didn't expect that. Those creatures must have been immensely powerful."
"Yes, continue to follow me. And eventually, you'll meet one in person." Vizelle cooed, "Either we kill it, or it kills us will be up to debate." She added, trying to gauge Natasi's response.
“Then let's continue with the dancing. Now that you have gotten over your initial nervousness and hesitation you are doing quite well, but more practice won't hurt. We can also try a few other dances, so that you will be familiar with them.” Eanne suggested.
