Yeah, if the story is meant for multiple players, changing it to work with just one (outside the sexy times) is going to be a bit of a challenge...

At least justifying another player joining now (even if it is in the middle of a dungeon) is relatively easy. It can be explained in various ways, such as: A botched (teleport) spell; a person finding another way inside and then deciding to join the party; a treasure seeker finding an old treasure map (or getting scammed into buying one) only to discover the 'treasure' is long gone; and so on. The real challenge would be re-introducing a character after a player has been gone for a while and then comes back (I've seen that happen a couple of times elsewhere).

Anyway, I was just making a suggestion in the hopes that if the game continues it might attract new players. So take your time to decide what you want to do.

Name: Isabubble VI of the Palladius Dynasty
    Sex: Female
    Class: Metal Slime Prime
    Race: Metal Slime
    Looks:
    [IMG] [IMG]
    Skills and spells:
Lightning Fortress: Take the softness of slime and also combine some almost unbreakable metal and what's the result? Incredibly obnoxious slimes that do not just go down. Being able to successfully put one down for the count is no easy task. They are tough with a capital T. Formless and reacting to situations with ungodly speed and flexibility, and somehow solid enough to reflect most conventional attacks, they would be near unstoppable. If not for....

Grand Ignition: A rather unique kind of spell taught to nobility of her race. While all metal-slimes have some ability with fire magic, only nobles really master it by the standards of their species. An extremely powerful flame spell that heats the very core of the slime caster. While the heat isn't any issue to the metal creatures themselves, the wave of heat generated to burst outwards can't guarantee the safety for anything else unlucky enough to be standing to close to them. There is a lesser variation, where the slime simply takes heat into their body, making themselves scalding hot without releasing the destructive wave. While dangerous to standard creatures, it doesn't do much good against naturally heat resistant opponents or objects.

    Doze:
A rather straight forward spell with a chance of putting a target to sleep.

Shower: A spell used to spawn streams of water. Isa hasn't refined the ability to control it into shapes like some, leaving it to be primarily just a jet of water to be sprayed. While powerful enough to push back most light weight targets, she doesn't quite have the mastery to be cutting metal with it either. She refuses to practice this ability due to the fact she often can't find it in any way useful which ironically may explain why she hasn't honed it.

    Weaknesses:
    Unmagical Conductor:
While they will shrug off most attacks, magically and swords-alike. Their resistances leads to them having a pitiful amount of magic reserves themselves. While they have the capacity to cast spells as reasonably as any standard race, they wear themselves out easily and even on a good day, they may be able to summon the ability to cast around 3 spells a day at the most before needing more energy.

Thousand Cut Vulnerability: While ludicrously fast and tough, their own endurance likely made from the effort their bodies exert to maintaining their hardened but soft form, their ability to actually withstand more than a few hits is limited. While very rare that any single attack would even phase them, repeated blows in the same place has been shown to actually be extremely effective in getting to what few vital areas they have on their body.

Background: Metal slimes are rare. Nobles among them are an even narrower breed. They've been hunted so often in the past, that they hid their last few kingdoms away so deeply, most would have forgotten they even existed. Slimes don't have the same trouble as non-squishy creatures, finding hiding places. Thus, slimes are able to find ways to make nests pretty much everywhere. Not just in caves. Even a boat or an attic that hasn't been cleaned out is a potential breeding ground for these slippery things. Isa has made the assertion to many travelers who approached her that she is descended from a great house of metal slime that rules over all other slime kind. A few scholarly type mages who tried researching her claims, can't seem to find any proof that she is a princess or even that the supposed metal kingdom existed.

She conducts herself as typical of most nobles and she states that her people are in fact, putrid cowards so she doubts her own ancestors assertions that they rose to power by overthrowing humans in their kingdom, so on the one hand, it seems like some of the things she says could be true. On the other, she has also claimed to have not only personally met the god of the sea, but that he bowed to her and asked for her hand in marriage. If there is any real source of information on the alleged hidden slime kingdom, Isa is not it. The only things known for sure, is that she is a metal slime, so they must exist. And if ever properly discovered, kings from all of the world would be declaring invasions for their valuables. Thus, the best way to keep it's full history unknown is to make it so insane that nobody would ever believe it even if they were told the truth.

    Equipment:
Jeweled Rapier: The weapon of elegance...but really...it more or less just acts the same as any regular sword of it's kind.
    Oil Jar
    Lantern
Basic disguise(Hooded mage robes, silk gloves, wooden face mask.)
    Backpack: To put stuff in.

So, I can edit this later. But got something.

*Decides to make a slimegirl noble instead*

I get what you're going for. She's an extremely durable character who isn't amazing in combat, but I have a couple of questions:

Does she have any way to diguise herself? Metal Slimes have been hunted a lot in the past. So is she capable of taking a more human form? (If so, that would probably have to take one of your ability/skill slots).
Is she capable of wearing clothing? I don't want to be a prude, but ah...this is Medieval Fantasy and having a fully naked girl walk the streets could stand out in ways that you probably shouldn't stand out in.
You are aware that in order to balance out your extreme durability, you'll likely have to be pretty bad at combat?

As for the gold amounts, I can't remember if we were using rough estimates of how much money you all were carrying, or if we were keeping track of exact amounts. A few gold coins were found in the vault the party is currently in and that's probably enough to live comfortably for a few days. Most of the values you're going to be dealing with is going to be in the copper/silver range unless you're trying to purchase weapons/armor/magic stuff.

Alright. I subtracted starting gold and any weapon proficiency. Gave her some basic gear to keep herself mostly covered. I might remove a spell to give her some type of solidify ability though I assume she's naturally pretty flexible in looks, if not for the fact she can't really get rid of her natural shine and color so the most she could hope is probably to convince people she's some type of golem.

Aha! Found my comment on how i'm handling coin.

So @Auraicide , to answer your question...Since you're technically a noble(unless you're just saying that you are) I would probably start with maybe 1-5 gold pieces at most.

We're just waiting on @GenericEditor168 to set up his character now.

...I'm still trying to decide if I want to keep my nice rat boyo or drop him in favour of a mad scientist with a Napoleon complex and scales.

I'll go with it, if we're doing it. I had other thoughts than a metal slime, but I may as well stick with it.

So, after delaying this whole thing for far too long...

    I'll just stick with Thritch.
