Name: Spanova Katya Petrovna; or simply Katya Spanova Superhero Alias: Lady of the Mist Sex: Female Sexuality: Bi Nationality: Russian-born, immigrated to America Race: Mutant Appearance: Thanks to her powers, while her superhero alter-ego looks like this, she can look different when in her mundane life, or if she feels she needs to look different. Powers: 1)Shape shifting - changing how she looks, turning into animals, turning into elements like water or smoke 2)Smoke control - if there's smoke or steam, she can manipulate them to be thin, thick, condensed, spread out, and so forth 3)Super reflexes - she has a superhuman acute sense of all things around her and can react far quicker than any human ever could Offensive capabilities: She does not have super human strength or any natural weaponary. Therefore, she uses guns when she is in need of range combat or to be lethal. Otherwise she had taken lessons into martial arts for close quarters protection (mainly Systema, but also knows Sambo). She could also use her ability to control steam/smoke (or turn into it) and choke out opponents in an enclosed, non-ventilated room. Defensive capabilities: This doesn't go too far beyond what was already established with her martial arts abilities, but it is complemented by her hyper awareness and super reflexes. She can still use smoke/steam to obscure the sight of others, or turn into it in order to not be damage. She can also disguise herself as anyone or anything, so she can easily slip away if she feels the situation is too dangerous for her to stay in. Manner of operation: Infiltration and quick, silent take downs. Notes: Much of Katya's life in Russia is not known, nor why she came to Metrocity. But she seems very much at home in the superhero game and using her powers to clean up the streets. She also seems to find amusement and entertainment in performing these acts. Her personality also seems to reflect the possibility of a very promiscuous nature. Her ability to shape shift and her preference to infiltrate leads into many situations where she uses sexuality to worm her way into positions close to her goal...but she seems to enjoy doing these things rather than see it as strictly practical. Maybe she just enjoys the power she gains over other people her abilities give.
