I had a fun thought. I'm DMing a sci-fi game with erotic elements...so there's gonna be some alien genitals going on that'll look weird and/or hot with all sorts of strangeness going on. So I figured a fun little game could be played!

Try to come up with the most alien and exotic cock you can think of! Get imaginative and make some strange stuff up that can still be useful and potentionally not kill a partner in the act. Maybe the creature has more than one cock/cockhead, or more than two family jewels? Come up with ideas of how it looks and operates!

The use of suction cups never really donned on me before, I find that pretty impressive

Damn, that is definitely some crazy ideas. Though, gotta say, while the last one is more about sex acts rather than cock design, still got a chuckle out of me
 
Option 1:
- Thin/short with gills
- When it inserts inside of a vagina it expands to fill the entire region

Option 2: Not so much a cock, but can work

Should they be human female compatible male sex organs or also alien/alien reproduction process?
 
Could be either or. I suppose using female human repoductive organ to compare can be good, or you can design complimentary alien pussies. But remember, this is about the alien cocks and how ridiculous/alien they can get
 
The female aliens grow their new blood at a long, muscular string (they could also have two or three) outside of their body. When they are sexually mature, they produce a small egg at the end of each string.
When they are sexually not active, their eggs grow more and more. The bigger their eggs, the more attractive they are for the males of their species.
To inseminate their eggs they push one or more of their strings inside a male opening and "shake" them inside his semen.

Well, therefore the question if the alien penis should be compatible to the human vagina.

There could also be a race which has to use other species as a host for their offspring.
Both female and male alien could have some kind of cocks.
They could fuck the victims the same way as their race would normally use for procreation.
To place their seed they have to fuck the host one after another (no matter which gender is first) or do it at the same time. (somewhat similar to fishes)

I find these ideas of proxy pregnancies intriguing. Especially the one where there are 2 types of females...jeez, I can only imagine life being in a society like that as an infertile female. Get fucked by one person, and then another just to make a baby to continue the alien race.

I could also imagine that the infertile breeding females could be made fertile by a fertile female (or a couple) without the chance to give birth to a fertile female directly.
That way, the breeding females are always dependent on fertile females (or couples) to have the chance to become a fertile.
That could lead to nice conflicts in such societies.

I got the idea from insect so imagine the society similar to that. Infertile females would be kind of a worker caste while the fertile females ran the government. Males would be kind of a warrior caste. Though they typically have infertile and fertile males with the infertile males being soldier ants.

Three genders has appeared in sci-fi from time to time but it is typically not gone into to much detail. One of my favorites was alien nation where their where two males. One provided something that acted like a catalysis while the other provided the genetic material. One of the characters became upset when her husband was asked to impregnate a friends wife which was common among their race but they had been living on earth for awhile and had adopted many earth customs and ways of thinking.
