    You only say that because the flow charts looked like The Dream of the Fisherman’s Wife after a week.

    Name: To spec it out a bit, because that's where my brain is right now... Luthor, in monologuing his master plan to Zatanna, has listed out a six phase plan. (Albeit, not counting the course corrections after Lenity prototyped it.)
    1. Breed female metahumans and notable non-meta heros/villains with his own seed;
      1. Ensure via wish that all children are biologically female at birth;
      2. Use a wish to transfer all of a metahuman mother's powers to the daughter, eliminating the mother's powers in the process, where possible;
    2. Induce rapid pregnancy and birth, causing the process to be highly pleasurable to the mother and compressing the full 'bonding experience' (both hormonally and otherwise) into the process;
    3. Put those daughters through a rapid aging process that will both develop them physically and ensure education, socialization, cultural understanding, etc. so that they go from 0 to 19 years old in a few minutes of 'real' time;
      1. Ensure the 'development' is 'real aging,' so that they're instantly 19, not a few minutes old but made biologically 19;
      2. Ensure that the development conditions the daughters into unfailing loyalty to Lex before all else.
    4. Take the daughters who inherited (or stole) their mothers' powers and use them to replace their mothers as heroes -- often by name;
    5. Take the daughters who don't have powers and use wishes to force male metahumans into sex with them;
      1. The sexual act will, by wish, drain all the powers from the male into the female, along with the knowledge and skill to use them, and where possible leaving the male powerless;
      2. Ensure the daughters are protected from pregnancy and disease in the process. Dirty filthy Kryptonianses!
      3. Once the transfer has taken place, the newly empowered daughter will replace the male hero/villain the same way the other daughters replaced the female heroes/villains
    6. Use Lex's perfectly loyal generation of daughters to replace the heroes who came before them, and have them heroically take over the world in the process, while using Ovyah's wishes to 'course correct' any perceptions of tyranny that might arise.
    His goal, as he said, isn't simply to eliminate the heroes and then take over the world -- he wants to replace the Justice League with his own Justice League -- just as iconic and heroic and beloved by the public, but loyal to him.

    (Note that for these purposes, cis, trans, or other doesn't matter -- if it turns out one of the women he's impregnating is trans, for example, the wish will make the pregnancy biologically possible. As for genderfluidity? Lex doesn't care about it because it's not about Lex himself, and therefore it's of no interest or concern to Lex. The wishes will carry the process through the way Lex wants it, and that's all he cares about. Lex is, almost by definition, not woke and is a monster. Thus, binary terms in the plan's description. Moving on!)

    Naturally, when we move out of the setup phase, Lex has specific ideas as to how he wants that to proceed -- what female heroes to use in what order, what male heroes to seduce in what order, and so forth. He's already decided that groups of five daughters should go through Project Simulacra -- otherwise known as Phase 3 -- together.

    So, I need to know who those groups of five are, and who their mothers are, and how Lex plans to use them in phases four and five. Thus, I have a spreadsheet.

    Lenity, as the prototype, went through on her own (and didn't go through Project: Simulacra -- she's the reason it exists). And, we know specifically what Lex's Phase 5 plan for her is. So, her spreadsheet entry goes like this:

    Group: Prototype Mother: Mercy Graves • Name: Lenity Luthor • Phase 5 Donor: Clark Kent • Name: [Redacted]

    Assuming Lex does what he says he's going to do, Mary Marvel and Zatanna are two of the five mothers in Group 1. Though they'd normally be assuming their mothers' roles, Lex doesn't want to depower Mary and Zatanna because he's using them infrastructurally (and he's a monster), so they're using Phase 5 Donors instead -- Mary's daughter with Zachary Zatara, Zatanna's daughter with Captain Marvel. Also, Lex is a monster.

    So. I know who the other three mothers are going to be. Two of them are metahuman and their daughters are set to replace them. (And one of them's Wonder Woman which is technically a spoiler but come on -- Wondy pretty much had to be in Group 1.) The fifth mother's got no powers, and her daughter's Phase 5 Donor's been selected.

    How far will Luthor's plan go? Will he succeed in his goals?

    I'm not even sure, honestly. But I can tell you that I've got eleven groups of five defined for Project: Simulacra, which (with Lenity) gives us fifty-six super powered daughters. How many of them will actually exist is another question... and of course, there's potentially plenty more where that came from.
