I like that the trending list now takes into account how new stories are, and rankes them repectively, but it feels a bit random sometimes with its point distribution. For example the top 2 stories right now are 1 "momentum" point apart, and released at the same day. with vastly different interaction. ofcourse i don't know the mechaniks behind that list, and i think that is the point, but ever since this change it sometimes feels a bit random what stories are on top for some amount of time. i think it is better than before, when the top 20 more or less were filled with only old giants.
