Good point other voice, however i feel that if we ever run into something unable to be solved with magic we're screwed. I vote we choose to increase Yulia's physical attributes to balance her out.

Now Yulia, i would like to mention that this fight may have been a sign. You're stronger than you give yourself credit, but when your distracted or don't think ahead your a pushover (physically).

Still looking good so onwards to that "pure" door. If thats not an option... You should really go back and talk to Dreg. I get he comes off as a creep, but if you were ignored for who knows how long and had a weird, i'll be rapey, power you'd grow distant as well. Just talk with him and be a friend.

I'd vote the healing spell, but the Monastic Scapula as my underdog vote. (Upgrade it's ability to tank damage?) I love some healing and the ability to tank damage, and lets be honest, Yulia is far too smart to fall for any mental attacks, so it's the physical ones we must worry about. Oh also, by now, you're undoubtedly a pure woman. Go for it.

I must say, I wasn't expecting a 100% health upgrade, but I wager it would have been the same for Mana. Nonetheless, that is a decent compromise.

So this time, the floor boss is literally god. Lovely. We will have to consider the virginity offer and from the sound of it the nuns can give you a direct path to the god. A tempting offer, but for now we should keep exploring

The nuns seem trusthworthy enough. I don't think we have to worry about deception on this floor. So far, things seem harsh but fair.

This also means we now have a healing spot beyond Dreg, so yeah we can avoid him at least for this floor.

The floor monster is still active, as such we should cut down on any neddless travel time, let us move directly to the door right of the smoke room.

Hmmm, again getting weird cult vibes. They gave these nuns could have been tower chosen as well, then just gave up on it... seems dangerous. Maybe i just don't trust angels, but something seems off.

I'm not sure if this power boost (200% health) is permenent, so perhaps we should hunt down Cupid while we're at peak rather than getting surprised? Ask Dreg if we can summon the floor monster. If not, then onwards to the next door.

Honestly, as much as I hate... Dreg, I'll say making amends on my behalf would be nice. one of the doors you haven't visited is on the way, and those nuns were... well lets say "nothing like I expected" to keep it simple. I'll be sure to apologize if I see him if it helps.

That was a lost opportunity. We could have done a surprise attack on Cupid while he was distracted. Oh well, what's done is done.

I can understand your misgivings about the flame room, but you are rather well equipped to handle it. You have plenty of water to douse yourself with and the spell Icycle. It also seems like a perfect place to kill Cupid.

Still, that is something to consider for later, now that we are back at the rest area, we might as well check out that path to the right.

Found him! I say go back to the nun room and fight Cupid now. I understand your worried, but your full strength, better now than later. We could trap the door/room to the nuns and ambush Cupid, put the fight in our corner.

Curious question if any voices know; Is it even possible to avoid the floor monster when the floor is so small?

 

The way it works is that Engin rolls a dice each time Yulia changes rooms and if the Dice lands on the room number, it's fight time.

So going back now unfortunately wouldn't accomplish anything, unless Engin would be willing to bend the rules in this, in which case I would be all for it.

 

I mean, I'd be willing to allow it.

 

Oh boy, in that case, yes, we need to take advantage of this situation. Let's return back to the nun room and murder that thing!

Don't try to sneak into the nun room, just enter it casualy. Cupid will be too distracted to care about you. Then simply stick your Rapier trough his throat.

I know this will be tough, but you have already beaten plenty of monsters. You can do this.

My vote definitely goes in this order. "Check out the one door we haven't looked at yet", "Walk through the fire in the hot hot room", and my least interested vote is "go check on the nuns".

I am... definitely worried about the wall of fire, but so long as the fire isn't lit by a falling wall of propellant, it should be fine to run through it. You just got a strength boost so, you should be okay running into it. I'd suggest touching something non flammable to it, and seeing if it "lights on fire" since if it does, then we have some problems. Though I am approaching this from a scientific standpoint.

Fire seems to be a running theme with this one, so your icycle should be effective.

Don't get caught by it. Well, obviously, but Cupid is round, fat and has stubby arms, so I imagine it will have a hard time turning or grabbing you. You should be able to jump out of it's way of attack and attack it's backside (Wings) with your rapier and Icycle.

Keep cool and you got this, this thing is a chump.

 

XD I don't think I described it well. It does have a distinct torso and head it is not just a round circle. It's just a very round humanoid form.

You've got this! As always keep mobile and win out the long fight. He's (hopefully) poisoned by the gas and you can always heal your way to victory. You have adrenaline shots if you feel yourself getting tired, though I don't think you need it here.
