Oh well my "lewdlust" is sated for now so I will be staying put, maybe I will get eager to taunt the girl again but I am happy vamp for now. At first I thought that Goma was just too small for the implantation, but that is wayy too charitable so either Goma can't be implanted for x reason or Manager doesn't have a reason to implant them. Also I could but notice this growing issue for Yulia: Fetish: Bondage Rank: 3, Masochism Rank: 3, Lesbian rank: 3, Submission Rank: 3, Incubating Rank: 1, Large Insertions Rank: 2, Degradation Rank: 2, Exhibition Rank: 1, Anal Rank: 2. When can I start taking potshots at her and lighting her up like a christmas tree?
Maybe the robots going to get rid of Goma's spider babies. That would be nice. Before we do anything we should give Yulia the utility spell. After we can head to Mercantile I think we should take Lri up on her offer and have her scout ahead. If not even the manager can detect her that seems like a pretty save thing to do while the rest stays back in the terminal
Goma's not pregnant with spider babies, it's with Boarchiel's child. Rather than getting rid of the child, I suspect Sally's leaving it in place because whatever she put into the other girls fills the same spot, so there's no need for effort on her part. As for the physical difference, Goma only got pregnant fairly recently when we were on the fifth floor. Being generous it's maybe been a couple weeks since then. Even if goblin pregnancies are faster than human ones, I doubt she's showing visible signs of pregnancy yet. Which means the others have big pregnant looking bellies. As for what the orb is doing... maybe it's draining their mana and energy?
Wait seriously...oh right, we got rid of the spider babies and then what's his face Mindflayer was an asshole and got her pregnant again. God damnit XD Well, we are getting updates on Goma's pregnancy via the status screen, "Pregnant: Starting to visibly show her pregnancy. Combat Level already as low as it can go. No further effects at current." so, she's probably decently along by this point
Hmmmm. Maybe the sword causes bleeding in a more conceptual manner than literal blood, more like lifeblood? Which would be blood for organic beings, but might be electricity or something else for a robot? As for the demon summoning? Hmm. That's not a Plan B, that's a Plan D at best. It'd be one thing to summon Dahlia in her normal form, to have the option to gain a few fetishes in exchange for some boons. But summoning Dahlia in her Demon of Gifts form would backfire on us, as she'd gain access to this floor's tech. I'm 50/50 on Liloth, she owes us and we could potentially win her over with the possibility of gaining the gratitude of the people of this floor, but I don't know if they'd agree to worship her. Honestly, *if* we reach the point where we want to summon an Archdemon, I think my choice would, ironically enough, be Levateinn. That seems like the most advantageous for us, where our current enemy and our most antagonistic Archdemon duke it out. But this would be playing with fire. I don't think we're at the point where we should try it just yet. For our immediate actions, I think we've got little choice but to head to Engineering. I'm interested in checking out Residential before we make our next *big* move, but we have no idea what we'd find there. Whereas, while there will probably be a fight, we know we have something to gain if we can get to Maple's workshop. Maybe we should give the Veil to her? If Yulia and Lri bought her enough time, could Maple slip away and get something from her workshop that could turn the tides of the inevitable fight?
uh nice! A cloak spell! First things first, lets use it and see how it works. Obviously we cast it until it's mastered questions: -does it work on Yulia? It should since it's an utility not a buff spell right? -can we cast it on folks other then Yulia? -can we cast it on items or only people? -can we increase it's power if we combine it with the veil? -what actions make the cloak spell go away? Attacks are a given but what about other stuff? Yulia, I need you to grope Lri and see what happens Also since Yulia has unlimited mana, is there ever a reason for us not to walk around cloaked? I'm sure Levateinn would be delighted to see us again. Liloth would probably be the safer choice, although...just because we had a temporary alliance doesn't mean we can trust here. I don't think summoning an Archdemon just so we can get some more spells for Yulia is worth the risk to be honest. At any rate let's first check out what Maple has to offer. As long as we have the whole party cloaked we shouldn't have any issue unless we run into the directive.
I think the sword is basically "cause bleeding if possible". It will try to make enemies bleed but if they can't then it basically does nothing, kinda like skeletons in games with 100% bleeding resistance. I would love to see one of the Arch-demons going ham on this floor! It would be really glorious but also horrifyingly dangerous. I would love to see what Maple has to "offer" tehehehe~ Kitties belong on a leash with hands constantly giving them headpats~
Robots that bleed, weird eggs inserted in prisoners, missing population and noone combining these to the creepy and inevitable conclusion? Is Sally turning her prisoners into robots? I agree, we are not yet desperate enough to summon an archdemon. Otherwise Gambio's plan looks good.
Nobody said that robots were actually bleeding. It just seems that sword doesn't need to cause bleeding to work. It would be pretty darn amusing if Sally actually made humans robots.
Newest Post: Cloak/sneak rolls! A very simple variant roll. When using Cloak or other means to sneak past an enemy or enemies or anything else that might be capable of discerning a cloaked or hidden intruder, a fairly simple roll is made. A d20 versus the basic perception of the creatures being snuck past. This roll is unlikely to ever be above ten as anything that would be that good at perceiving them, probably has an automatic way to see cloaked beings anyway. In other words, the cloak is only likely to fail if Yulia gets really unlucky or the voices end up making a bad suggestion that fucks up her sneaking in some way.
That's coool! I like the variety of situations this allows. No longer does Yulia need to fight literally everything. I like the idea and it means that there will be more thinking than combat strategy. Personally I am a fan of sneaking about and using more sneaky options. Looks like Maple is basically born to be on a leash, tehehehe~ Such a good reaction to those whacks and rubs~ I would love to stuff Maple into some kind of collar. Maybe make it also a shield generator? That way Maple has to wear it or miss out on some powerful defenses, heh~ Right. The slimes heard the booty and are beelining towards our spot. Standing still is worst possible option. Those turrets can't detect anyone but don't step into the slime or those little computer brains might find you. I say just go forward, there is nothing except this slime that would expose girls.
I say go forward, it's unfortunate we've been noticed but better we take advantage of the element of surprise rather than retreating. Also, it'd be interesting to combine Blizzard and Cloak. It might seem redundant, but in the right situation it should cover the origin point of Yulia's spells. If we get into a fight now, covering Yulia's location as much as possible should be the priority since she's the only one who can seriously damage the robots.
So we can't make clothes invisible, very unfortunate. Well, we get the reason why it just can't be abused, and while I probably shouldn't point this out, for the sake of fairness, Yulia's mana should currently be at 85% So, cloaking isn't an instant sneak success either, that is good to know. Also awesome job of immediately failing the first sneaking, Yulia XD I disagree with moving forward, seems like a pointless risk when we can just retreat and try again.
How are ties solved? I am tending to agreeing with Gambio and think retreating is smarter choice for now.
Meeting the difficulty counts as success in all rolls. Also some good memoried readers might remember this is not the first time they've ever tried to sneak, they snuck past the floor boss of the depths for instance... So, why didn't that have a sneak roll? There's a simple and easy answer for that. I forgor
I had misunderstood your question. In the event of a tie the decision becomes Yulia's. In other words I basically just decide which option Yulia's character would be most likely to side with.
As many issues as I have with Dreg, I think we should take his offer this time. It’s clear he’s offering this because he gains something either way. The question is what. What he gains on a win is pretty obvious. But even if he loses, I doubt freeing the team will be that difficult for him. The main thing he gains, though, is that if our journey continues he can do more stuff to the party. Which is an unpleasant proposition, but there is s the possibility of ascending the Tower, while getting captured by Sally is game over. I don’t like the possibility of leaving Maple to him, but it would be a onetime thing at worst, whereas if we get beaten by Sally while trying to rescue them ourselves that fate will last forever.
Yulia should dispel cloak and recharge her mana. Then we should ask if Dreg is willing to tell us more about the game before making our choice. If it sounds anything like fair game and Maple is willing to accept the risk, we should accept the game. Also does Maple know anything more about the slimes and janitors.
