Either way you need to check it out. However, it would be unwise to try and go through the room unprepared. See if you can remove the torch above the door from its place and use it as a light source. If that is not possible, try to set your makeshift wooden club on fire and use that as a makeshift torch. Now that you have an actual weapon you can afford to lose the club – it's not much of a weapon anyway. Once you have some idea what you're dealing with here and whether or not it is safe to get close to the glinting metal we can discuss what you should do next.

Sorry, I appear to have miscommunicated. The glinting room is the 10 meter hall. The end of the hall being the door to the currently unknown next room. As for simply putting her to 100... I suppose I could do that in a situation such as this. I've been doing it as is, because there are other things happening in the background that I'm essentially keeping time with, but I suppose there's no reason why she wouldn't sleep until max if there's no immediate time related threats. I'll have her sleep until fully replenished from now on.
Oh, gotcha, In hindsight that does make more sense from a layout perspective lol. I think that makes it even more likely that Alide is beyond this room, so yeah no changes from me. Yeah, I tought there might be some mental health part involved as to why Yulia couldn't recover to max, but unless time is an actual factor, it would just turn into a game of us telling Yulia to recover until she is at max.

Curious... I am not sure what the deal with the threads was, but it was probably a good idea not to touch them. Whether cutting them was also a good idea, or if you should have avoided them altogether... remains to be seen. As for the new challenge in front of you, the first thing you should do is check for traps – starting with the ceiling of the hallway you're currently in. Then, without going inside, check the storage room – again make sure to check not just the floor but also the ceiling. If it seems safe you should come up with a way to make sure the door can't just slam shut on its own and trap you inside. Try to take something from the shelves closest to the door without going inside and use it to keep the door open. Once you are sure it is safe to do so and the door is secured in place go inside and examine the suit of armor - try to figure out if it is enchanted or cursed in some way. Then examine the key as well. Be ready to grab the key and flee if it turns out the armor is animated and serves as a guardian for the key. In any case you should take the key after making sure it is safe to do so. If the armor turns out to be just a suit of armor and nothing more nefarious than that... leave it where it is, carrying it will slow you down and exhaust you too much, not to mention taking it might trigger a trap of some kind. But search the storage room for anything else that might be of use to you and that you might have missed. Oh, and Yulia? Don't underestimate yourself just because you think you're expendable. You're doing great so far. Believe in yourself and that you can succeed. Thinking that you're not good enough is the first step to failure – always remember that. Good luck!

As for the armor, given the floor's motive of greed it certainly seems a bad idea to take it, but let's look at your situation -the monster of the floor is defeated -you have already disabled the trap in the wire room I imagine this armor would work in tandem with these two hazards and slow you down/injure you as you are lugging it back to Dahlia, since both are gone the situation changes considerably. As such I vote for taking the armor with you. Provided you are even strong enough for it.If not you can settle for the helm alone, Bring it back to Dahlia and see what you can get for it. since the last map wasn't very accurate here is a new one
