The Witcher - Stories from The Path RP

Abigail uses the forceps to pull down on the arrowhead, pulling it through Estelle's thigh. The noble frowns slightly, as if confused about what's happening to her, but doesn't seem to be hurt. A sharp sensation causes her to jump slightly, pressing up against Ard's hand. Looking up at the elf, Estelle gives a dopey smile, running her hand up his arm. "Preeettyyy..."
Ard looked at what Abigail was doing, quite surprised that Estelle wasn't reacting to any of it. He kept his hand in place when she jumped a little. He had to chuckle, as Estelle touched his arm and called him pretty, 'Are You sure you got the right drug, Abigail?'

The alderman smirks, leading Mirellia to assume that he was intending to irritate her by his proposition, more than out of any actual hope that she'd do it. Still, he seems satisfied enough to have annoyed her. Leaning back into his original position, the alderman says "All right, tell your father in law that he'll have his supplies soon, for 10% of what I asked him for. I need to make a little money off of this, of course." He grins. "Wouldn't want my poor children to starve."

Thanks to last night's "fantasies" Mirellia had quenched her thirst, somewhat. So she wasn't as fazed at his preposition. So as soon as she gave his new offer, she nods, "Very well." The sexy milf replied, standing up, and immediately reporting the new deal to Gunther.

Trista nod and finished her meal.
"Well, I will go to watchmen outside, he looks like he know the most about that creature. To woodsman I can go tomorow, in the night he probably sleeping already, so there is no point in wake up him now. Bogrid, let's take info from guests here, and Gustav will take kitchen and redhead. " She said and finished her vodka. She feel nice warm and little dizzy, but as the witcheress she was realy tolerant for toxin and alcohol. She get up from the table.
" Alright, I will go. "
Outside, she finds the watchman, the old man's eyes peering out into the treeline. He acknowledges Trista's presence with a curt grunt. "They hire you, girl?"

Estelle jumps again as Abigail begins to sterilise the wound, and seems to notice Ard's hand for the first time. She touches the elf's hand experimentally, before reaching up to touch his chest, mirroring how he's touching her. With a giggle, she begins stroking his chest. Abigail nods with a smirk. "Yes, I'm quite sure. The powder deadens pain, but also deadens one's judgement as well, leaving you acting entirely on instinct and impulse. Forgive the girl, her inhibitions aren't working right now."

Trista decided to ignored calling her 'girl', she have years of expirence in monster hunting and seen more fight than that old men, but it not help her agrue with him.
"Yes, they did." She said and look at treeline.
"So, what can you tell me about these monster? How long he showing here, did you see him or do you know any wittnes who survive his attack? How many casualites he made?" She asked drying off her hair in ponytail.

As Mirellia stands and turns away form the alderman, she hears his voice sound mockingly behind her. "No need to hurry on your way out the door."

At the convoy, she quickly finds Gunther. "A good enough deal, I suppose, though it's irritating to pay a worm like that at all." He shrugs. "I suppose that's the price of being rich, though. I'll have the coin delivered to him, and have my men ensure that we get everything we paid for." The merchant gives an appraising chuckle. "Good work using the threat of witch hunters. A parasite like him would be terrified of them. Wish I could have seen his face myself."

So far, she sees nothing else. The old man turns to face Trista. "I've seen it a few times, but from long distances, and my eyes have aren't what they used to be, so I didn't get a great look. I know it's got fur, is big, and sometimes goes on two legs, though usually it walks on all fours." He shrugs. "Apart from that, I don't know what it is. It's killed five travelers so far, and many horses. Only person who got away was some bookworm from the south, but he hasn't spoken a word since he booked his room here. From what my wife inside tells me, the lad keeps in his room and only opens the door to take his meals. Don't blame him, I suppose. I'd be shook up, too."

Kneeling down to rifle through the assassins' pockets, Varrin finds a coin purse tied to one of the men. Cutting the purse loose, he finds 100 Nilfgaardian florens inside. Florens, the currency of the massive Empire of Nilfgaard in the south, isn't particularly valuable in the Northern Kingdoms, but Varrin knows that if he can find a bank that'll pay him a fair exchange rate, he could exchange the coins for hefty sum of his own currency.

Searching the other corpse, Varrin finds a dagger strapped to the dead man's calf. The dagger is curved slightly in a foreign fashion, with heady ornamentation around the hilt. The blade itself, however, is quality steel, and would cut through flesh or clothing with ease. Where the daggers the men used were cheap, disposable stabbing weapons meant for assassination, the dagger Varrin found would be useful in a proper fight, and would fetch a decent price as well if he decided to sell it.
Interesting... Varrin pocketed the money and the dagger, checked his clothes to make sure he had not gotten any blood on them, and looked at his sister. “I think we're done here. Where should we go to now?” He asked, trying to ignore the fact that his pants were feeling rather tight after what Madeline had done earlier.

" Do you hear wolves howl? Or any sounds of these monster? Maybe in the last time more wolves show up in the area. " She asked wondering if it is werewolf, but werewolfs often have pact of wolves with them. Fury and walking on two feet or four it fit also to bies.
" Which one room belong to that bookworm? " She asked after he give her answer.

"Mm. Just glad I was able to help." Mirellia nods, letting Gunther and his men do their work. She waits in her carriage unless something else happens.

Ard chuckled, 'She has not done anything that would need forgiveness yet. It is probably the first time she has ever let herself act on instinct. Young Human noble girls like her are like birds in gilded cages.'
Estelle's hand continues to caress Ard's chest, slowly moving down to his stomach, as Abigail chuckles. "Not all of them are quite so innocent as our girl here. Hand me those bandages, please." She gestures behind Ard, to a dresser against the wall. As the elf hands over the bandage with his free hand, one of his fingers brushes against Abigail's. For a brief moment, there's a shock like a bolt of electicity, and suddenly the elf is no longer inside the hut.

It's dark all around, a deep, unnatural cold working its way to Ard's bones, the feeling strangely familiar. Eventually, the elf's eyes adjust, and he begins to see trees around him, covered in frost, a cloudy night sky overhead. Stumbling his way through a foggy wood, Ard sees an orange light in the distance, and makes his way towards it. Drawing nearer, he sees that the light is a bonfire, many wooden logs stacked high in the air and set alight, the orange glow illuminating the body of Abigail. The woman stands naked before the fire, her buxom body covered in a thick layer of blood, as she writhes and dances before the fire. As he watches, Ard feels the chill grow deeper, shivers deeply, and instinctively moves towards the fire for warmth. As Abigail spots him, she looks silently at him, and moans. Suddenly, there's the sound of horses, the thumping of hooves galloping. Turning, Ard sees them charging through the frost towards the herbalists. There, on spectral horses, are his brothers, the riders of the Wild Hunt, clad in dark armour. Ard feels himself call for them, trying to get their attention, but they pay him no mind, heading for Abigail. Ard gets in the way of the Hunt, and is trampled down into the snow, dozens of hooves crushing his body.

With a start, Ard's eyes jolt back open. The elf feels Estelle's hand on him, headed sliding down in an exploratory manner towards his crotch, while the heat of the fire warms his body, something he's grateful for. Abigail's hand jerks back instinctively, and Ard realises that his...vision(?)...only took a moment in real time, though it felt much longer. Abigail returns her hand to his, and takes the bandages, this time with nothing happening. "Ah, electric shock. I hate it when that happens." From her eyes, Ard judges that the herbalist either didn't see what he saw, or is a fine actress.

The young woman walks out of the alley, away from the corpses, before stopping a little way down the street. "Well, there was a gift I wanted to go pick up for Isabella, though judging from your trousers, perhaps you'd prefer to take that trip to the brothel?" Madeline smirks deviously at him. "Don't tell me that a mere distraction of mine got you all...excited?"

"I've heard wolves, yeah, though there are always wolves howlin' 'round 'ere. We are in the woods, after all." The old man shrugs. "Him? I think he's in the top room. Go up to the top of the stairs and you'll see the door. I don't know that he'll open up, though, seeing as he's spooked an all."

[Cool scene :D]
Ard was startled by the strange vision he had. Was it of the past or the future or just some fantasy? He looked at Abigail, not sure if she had seen the same. He paid not mind to what Estelle was doing for the moment, quite lost in his thoughts.

"Thank you for information and about these guy, don't worry. We, witchers, have our own ways to deal with such problem." She said and go back to innkeeper wife.
"I heard there is a wittness in your room up stairs. I want to ask him few questions, can you give me key to his room?"

As she waits, Miriella sees workmen and mercenaries shifting around boxes of supplies for a few minutes, before Ashton walks over, knocking on the carriage door. "Have a minute, mother?"

Hearing the knock, and her son's voice. Mirellia opens the door, allowing him to enter. "Yes, what is it, Ashton?" She asked in a curious tone, since she recalled how terrified of her he was whenever they were alone.

[Thanks :)]
Abigail quietly gets to work bandaging the young woman up, as Ard ponders what he saw. It strikes him, the feeling of seeing his comrades again, their armour all similar, but still distinct in their own subtle ways. He can't help but contemplate what it was like, feeling like a victim of the Hunt, when he'd been on the other side so many times, riding down others, instead of being ridden down himself. Before he can think too much on the subject, however, Ard feels his cock grow hard, as Estelle slides her hand over his length. With a giggle, she begins to stroke it through his pants, knocking the former huntsman out of his thoughts.

“I had forgotten you even mentioned the brothel, to be honest.” Varrin admitted. “This is nothing I can't handle, so let's go pick up that gift for Isabella. As for your distraction, let's just say it was a rather effective distraction – though thankfully not to the point where I would not be able to fight effectively.”
