I published the story Deep Cover this afternoon (https://chyoa.com/story/Deep-Cover.46376), and its listed as In Review. That makes sense, I understand you have to review first. However, it popped up in my recent activity and apparently pinged my followers, so a few folks have asked what happened to it. Is it being reviewed for content or is it just the initial pre-publication review?

Every time the page gets delivered by the server, it counts as a view, no matter how the page was requested. So if you refresh the page, it counts as a view. If you save a chapter as draft, it redirects you to the chapter and thus the chapter gets a view.

Yes, Cross C is an editor of the story so they can approve chapters. Unfortunately, users can't see who has owner/editor rights. (This will most likely change in the future.) If in doubt, you can ask a moderator if there are active owners/editors and who they are.
