So I'm writing a story where you play as a man living on a super matriarchal island in the One Piece world, where men are treated like shit and women have all the power. The PC wants to take revenge on women and enslave them, but first he needs a plan; some sort of power or ability that lines up with the One Piece world. Anyone got any ideas?
Kinda wondering if maybe I should have an artificial Devil Fruit that has the same abilities but only applied to females. Or maybe a Devil Fruit that can make people hate women with its ability.

Artificial devil fruits are, so far, restricted to zoan-types. You could maybe have an artificial devil fruit with pheromone powers that affects women? Mandrill, maybe, if you want to go for the crossover Marvel comics reference. So...the Incel-Incel Fruit?
Lol, something like that. Since there already exist I might wanna do something different. What about a Devil Fruit that mutates the Y sex chromosome in men so they become more sexually aggressive and violent, and regular consensual sex just doesn’t satisfy their cravings? Or one that has opposite effects on men and women depending on who’s being touched by the User? Like women can become more self-hating and men can become more hateful of women.
Hito Hito no Mi: Model Hag, maybe? A mythical zoan fruit that gives you the powers of a storybook witch, sowing discord between couples, issuing poisoned apples, etc.
What about something like the Piti-Piti no mi - the Empathy-Empathy fruit. With normal people, it allows you to sense and manipulate emotions, but in the hands of a raging misogynist it can drive those nearby into rapist dicks and hateful bitches?

Well, yeah, they were just for reference. The Kibi Kibi no Mi is pretty straightforward to duplicate and adapt to the situation. Imagine producing something from your body that, if eaten, makes the person in question fall under your control. I believe there is a whole story about this...
I don’t know, I feel like straight up mind control is a bit overdone. I’m thinking about just giving the MC a fruit that amplifies hatred into different powers and abilities. That way it’s versatile and I can do whatever with him.
Let's go with this: I'd keep the power set and the sexism separated. Sexism is already your motivation, the power set is the tool to make it happen.
I mean I personally think it's much hotter if whatever the protagonist ends up using let's him just have enough power to overpower any woman. complete unwilling domination essentially. Maybe make it something like... A power that if he touches someone he drains their own strength or his physical power is amplified by theirs so as long as he can touch a woman he becomes more powerful than her no matter who she is, letting him easily dominate any character in the series, but also giving him the weakness that he has to be able to touch them?
You could do something like a power that reduces willpower/strength under some specific circumstances. But first some clarifications: -why do women dominate on this island? Are they power users? Simply very strong? Is it a cultural thing? Are their men particularly meek? -do you plan to introduce specific characters?
