"Yes, but... there are terms." Vanessa added, taking a deep breath, she makes sure all the window blinds are closed, and that no one was peeping on them. "Once I take you back home, you can never tell anyone about me, understand?" She said in a concerned tone, though she figured he'll accept. Once he does, "One more thing... I've lied to you, about my real name." She mumbled, her gloved hand moving toward her domino mask. The heiress lets out a sigh as she removes it, revealing her identity to Jacob.
Azura nodded in agreement. “Yes, it won't hurt to have a backup plan, in case something goes wrong. Better to be safe than sorry. Go ahead and make the necessary arrangements.”
"Of course I'd never say anything." He promises. "Wow..." Jacob stares at her face silently for a while, cupping her cheek. Finally, he asks "So, um, what's your name?" Vanessa realises he has no clue who she is - he was just gawking at her attractiveness.
"H-huh?" Vanessa was also surprised, having gotten used to everyone knowing her name. She giggles, "I'm Vanessa... Fitzgerald." The heiress introduces herself, figuring he'll at least know of her family name, since a few dozen businesses have it.
Amethyst Heart hummed. She glanced into the bag to check how many stones were inside... and if they were fakes.
“Great! Now, if there's nothing else we are forgetting, we should decide how many of us should meet with Alicia. It might be best if I approach her alone – both to not scare her and to not reveal how many people she is dealing with. The rest of you could stay close by, in case something happens that requires your involvement. Alright?”
"Vince better not try to meddle any more. I already didn't like him, but he's really getting under my skin this time." Calista confides to the audio engineer. "Do you need me for anything, or can I go tell my manager what's going on too?"
Spoiler: Awareness Roll D100: Looking down, she sees a fair amount of jewellery in the bag - a fair amount of which is fake - probably just meant to be on display, with the Harpy neither knowing nor caring about the difference.
"Be careful with him, girl." The producer says cautiously. "Yeah, yeah, go see your manager. I'll tell you when I have something to show you."
“Alright, in that case let us get moving. No point wasting any more time staying here.” Azura announced as she got up and looked at the other women before focusing on Sapphira, waiting for her to open a portal to where they would be going.
Azura gets to the meeting location early, which conveniently gives her plenty of time to set up and watch for any suspicious activity, of which she sees none. Five minutes before the scheduled meeting time, the magical girl sees a bus pull up near the coffee shop, and through the window, she spots Goode, whose appearance she recalls from Sapphira's web search. She lets go of the handle she'd been holding, and leaves the bus, heading straight into the shop and up the stairs without a fuss, or some indication that she's expecting something to happen.
"I know. He's a real snake. Call if you need me!" Feeling less frustrated now, Calista walks off in search of her manager, the person in the studio she trusts most and the only one in the building who knows her secret, aside from Lee or Lana.
Amethyst Heart hummed. "Okay, we can go with that~" She said, then quickly took the real stones out of the bag. "You can take the rest - I will be returning those and the money~" She said cheerfully, as she flew closer to Harpy, then quickly gave her another kiss. "I will see you around~" She called, as she made her way to the jewellery shop to return the goods.
Azura, currently using the appearance of a regular young woman, waited a minute for Goode to go up the stairs, then followed behind casually. Once on the second floor she headed for where the blonde was waiting for her.
"Aww..." The Harpy sighs in disappointment, but doesn't pursue, as Amethyst disappears into the night. The jewellery store manager is a little rude, if she's perfectly honest, but accepts the liberated jewels nonetheless, an officer thanking her for the help on the way out.
(It seems everyone has different opinions on this chick's hair color. I said light pink, Gelbooru says light brown, and you say say blonde, lol) Heading up, Azura sees that the woman's sitting with her back against the wall, facing the door. She looks around the shop nervously, before noticing Azura beelining towards her, and raise her finger, pointing from Azura to herself. You're the one meeting me?
