Ok, so, because I'm a huge perv: (You all knew that already right? I mean, sure, I have standards, and they're strict standards, but I write porn as a hobby, often about dragons fucking elves, so...) I just suddenly started wondering about something, something kinda gross: which is why I've put it under a spoiler below...

So imagine a world in which fully functional dick girls exist: they are fully capable of reproduction as both male and female...

So one of them is stranded on Mars, like in "The Martian" but with a fully functional colony, except Kae's the only one that survived the landing...

Now, if Kae decided to start a population on the planet due to: for the sake of argument, a nuclear exchange on earth: is that masturbation, incest, or a damned weird form of cloning?

    What does the community think?

The first replication I'd call self-cest, which is just a fun word. I guess it's closest to weird cloning, if you need an alternate word as I couldn't call it masturbation or incest.

Any thereafter, between two different individuals, I'd call incest.

The unique problem here is that I'd say it *keeps on being* incest through many generations (assuming it goes that long), even between 2nd, third, fourth, fifth cousins, twice removed etc, as the variation is so small - though existent, as life(style) and mutation will change DNA even of identical twins or clones.

Actually, it would probably be far, far worse than cloning after a little bit, now that I'm recalling very basic gene stuff.

    Far, far, far worse.
    Far, far, far, far...

You'd run into the same problems as inbreeding (rightfully recessive traits allowed to pop up), with no other options on the planet to continue the bloodline.

Youre crossing chromosomes, not manufacturing copies of the original futa.

MMM, yep, that's bad. Scratch that concept then.

I think it would be called "selfing".

    Not sure about that.
    See "genetic purging" and "selfing"...

So it would probably depend on the quality of the first futa's genes.

Unless Ka is a Perfect Specimen like the fictional character Lazarus Long, the genetic problems are most likely to proliferate rapidly, and even if Ka is, the problem is Kae genetics will rapidly be damaged in Kae offspring from the more severe ionizing radiation exposures caused by Mars thinner atmosphere: ensuring that future generations will suffer genetic defects much like those experienced by the Amish. So, in the final analysis, this is an incredibly bad idea.

Well, no... it actually means not to have genes which would lead to diseases which would make it impossible to survive.
So it has nothing to do with having perfect genes.

I think that scenario is more likely.

But as its all porn fantasy you could have it the self-impregnation lead to better genetics. The whole things fiction anyway...

I'll give you that, provided there's some kind of little disclaimer at the beginning warning people "Don't try this at home!"

Futanari is not my type of fetish by any stretch. The concept isn't half bad if you add a second and/or a third character and not necessarily on Mars. They could be people she is in contact with either on a satellite or in a safe zone on Earth. The Martian did have other figures in the story even though Matt Damon was alone in the film.

  13. Your forgetting the real question... would it work in the first place?

Lol, I love that we need this disclaimer. ;)

  16. Well if your intentions are what i think they are then i argue: would it be biologically possible to self impregnate? Or would your body simply not acknowledge, or outright reject your own semen as viable for reproduction.

There would need to be a specific mechanism for that rejection. The egg wouldn't simply 'not acknowledge' viable semen - wherever it came from.

If it’s fiction and you don’t want to write a disclaimer, you can have the character address the problem and kludge a sci-fi solution to it. (Though this may not be an option if you’re sticking to the tech levels of the Martian.) Maybe she originally tries to impregnate herself with trace dna from skin samples hair blood etc that the other astronauts left behind, it doesn’t work, but then realized it could work if she *mumble mumble handwave sci-fi words* the dna with her own semen? A scenario where the trace stuff left behind by the other astronauts is just enough for differences to be made. That or much like how the guy in the Martian just happened to be a botanist and a mechanical engineer, she could just happen to be the geneticist and have the tools to prevent mutations.

inbreeding has already been known to cause the chance of miscarriages to skyrocket. The possibility that this hypothetical self-baby would not be viable enough to survive until birth is pretty likely.

Somehow, all this is still nowhere near as bad as Rimmerworld.
