The word you're looking for here is "cloaca." It's actually fairly common. If nature documentaries are any indication, making the cloacal kiss interesting would be a challenge.

One exercise I find useful here is seeing what's already been made into sex toys. Once you get past the smooth and ergonomic stuff flooding the market, there are some creative manufacturers who do good work with both explicit texture and colour suggesting even more to the imagination.
