"Ho?" Kyouka's murderous grin returns as she saw the large retinue enter. The redhead slings her rifle on her back, licking her lips as she survey's each new soldier carefully. Trying to figure out which of them would be worthy of a duel.
Kiyoda walks next to her as the shogun, her mother and the lord enter the castle. "May I ask, have you met them before? I know it's unlikely, I just, thought I saw some recognition on your fce for a second.
Of the retinue, besides the lord, who's already left, only three are warriors, and two of them are led of by geisha. The last man is a grizzled veteran with a scarred face and a bulky body clothed in samurai armour. He gives her a look, as most men do, but otherwise ignores her.
"Oh, I have a few haunts that I like to frequent. Was also going to enroll in an archery competition."
Inazuma walk to Kyouka and point her on old samurai who looking for his lady. "Our Lord want this men death. Show us your skills and chalange him to duel, for what ever reason you have." She said whisper to her ear and go to place where geisha taking care of samurai, to see if they drinking already.
“Hmm. Maybe. I’ve saw a lot of people in my travels. I can’t remember every face that I’ve ever seen. Though if I did, you think I would know.” Answering in a way to make it sound like she was giving a response without really saying anything conclusive, she gave a look over to Kiyoda with a joking manner. “But would I know her and her mother? Are you really wondering that? Just how old do you think I am exactly?”
"Heh. Looks like I get to play before we leave." Kyouka cooes to herself, approaching the grizzled veteran. "Hey old man, you look skilled enough. Care for a quick match?" She said with a devious smile.
She walks through the castle into a small entertainment hall, where two stunning geisha fill the samurai's cups with sake. The two men laugh at some joke, clearly at ease.
He blushes, giving an awkward smile. "Not old! Not old at all! F-Forget I said anything. It's just, I guess they must have looked like some people you've met or something."
The samurai tries his best to look bored, but she can see he's interested. "I'm not in the business of butchering rookies for sport, girl."
Inazuma invited sit before samurai, smiling to them clevery. "I see you can rest after long journey. I hope our service is good to your taste?" She asked, playing with empty cup.
A geisha fills the cup, as the samurai smile at the newcomer. "Being in Yokuboo castle is like being in heaven, so far." One of the two slides his hand up one of the geisha's thighs, the woman giggling obediently.
"I'm glad to hear that. Tell me... Why your older brother in arms didn't join to us? Did he doesn't like nice woman?" She asked relasing her hair and swing cup on top of her fingers.
Giving a light tap on his arm, she enjoyed his flustered expression. “I’m only teasing. Don’t worry your pretty little head.” As she looked away from him back at the encampment watching soldiers scurry about, her face turned to a much more somber expression. “To soar on gold wings, past the starlit veil, but it is but a dream, and I come back down, memories fleeting, the final words “what could have been.”
"Hah! How noble of you." Kyouka laughed, her grin widening. "Very well, how about instead of "butchering" me, all you have to do is beat me, til I can no longer fight, or admit defeat. If you succeed, you can use my body however much you wish." She said in a sultry tone, even removing her one day time limit for the reward. "But. Should you lose, I'll be ending your life right here. Interested?"
@unisol_gr44 Midori Yokuboo returns, h The samurai on the left gives a laugh, as he drinks. "Oh, he likes women plenty, he just likes to pretend to be professional." His friends chuckles. "Get him drunk, though, and he goes crazy. Doesn't matter, more for us." The one on the left grins wolfishly. "Now we two samurai have three beauties, all to ourselves."
He looks around, before grunting in agreement. "Very well, but be warned, I'm not the kind of old man who's satisfied quickly." He moves out into the center of the courtyard, hand on his katana. "I look forward to teaching you humility." After waiting for Kyouka to get ready, the samurai performs an iai draw, swinging his blade at her neck.
Inazuma chuckled like geisha. "I hope you understand the geisha service in that way are quite... Expensive. Our hospitality ends on company, poetry, sake and music." She wink to them, showing some more skin under her neck. "But I'm sure such brave and strong samurai like you have so many talles for curios woman. Share with us something about your service under powerfull woman and we will reward you... For right words." She said seducing, trying gain some valube information.
“Actually, I did...sarcastically. At least it was, when I was younger. The meaning changed somewhat now. Poetry isn’t a skill of mine, but I’m impressed by those who can do it well.” Going back to her usual mostly cheerful expression, she mentally still questioned if these people should be pitied or respected for their dedication, or perhaps made fun of for it. All of things were wrong and also true, and the paradox was giving her a migraine. “I assume the courts must be filled with plenty of skilled artists and the sort. I tried my hand at painting for a little while until realizing I wasn’t much of one. I’m better at buying and selling skilled people’s work than making my own.”
