"Changing already? I reckoned you'd try to act as a big shot soldier to get some freebies in the local taverns." Kyouka said in a mocking tone, while cocking her hips to the side. "Anyway, I just came here to listen to your proposition."
Inazuma listen to him carefull wondering what will be best for her to chouse. " I just want to get know about my option what can I do with that. Did your service could give me indetification of magic things? In last weeks I posses some kind of amulet and I would like to check it by expert, before I will try to use it." She said. Inazuma once heard about cursed belt which change gender of user. Woman to men and oposite.
He turns. "Heh. Being a peasant ashigaru doesn't get you much in the way of freebies. No, I'm saying goodbye to my short naval career. The actual reason I was on that ship, dressed as a spearman, lies over there." He points at one of the warehouses. "You afraid of the yakuza?"
He nods. "We don't have any sorcerers on staff, but we hire freelance magic users often to look over magical items we trade. We'd be more than willing to hire one of them to do an evaluation of your item." He looks at her.
Inazuma think about it. "Fine... But how much it usually costed? And it is important for me to show it to person who won't be spread information about me or my item to others." She asked.
"Hmm? Odd. Peasant ashigaru's are usually the rowdiest bunch, well, according to my travels at least." Kyouka shrugged, looking at the warehouse he pointed at. "Yakuza? If I recall, they're a group of criminals, no?" She tilts her head as she pondered, "In anycase, no. Our concept of "fear" is different. Why would I fear a strong opponent, when they get me excited? Why would I fear a weak opponent, when I can easily kill them? Ah, anyway, now's not the time. I assume you want to steal from that place?"
“Guess we better get dressed... we can continue this later.” Midori whispered in Yatsebe's ear. She briefly wondered what awaited them once they docked...
"How much does it usually cost? For us? Well, that's not my department, but quite a bit, I'd say. Several hundred mon, at least. Skilled sorcerers, not roadside charlatans, know their own value, and so charge a fortune. I hear one skilled magician started charging discounts a few years back, to steal customers from the others, so the others cursed him into becoming a frog for all eternity." He shivers. "But, again, we'll pay the fee. As for your privacy, that's a guarantee. I've never heard of one of the top sorcerers divulging their client's information."
Inazuma made decition. "Very well, call the sorcerer. How long time it take before expert come?" She asked.
"The yakuza are many groups, all under the same banner, but they're known for being quite brutal." The former ashigaru straps his sword to his belt. "As for why you should fear them, well, personally I'm afraid they'll torture me for weeks before finally burying me alive... If you're not afraid of that, though, good for you." He chuckles. "I'm not going to steal anything, but you can. Inside the warehouse is a gang of street thugs, weaklings, but there's a lot of them. They hurt someone dear to me, so I'm going to butcher them all, with your help. Once they're all dead, you can help yourself to the loot they've been stealing for years." The ashigaru looks Kyouka in the eye. "The leader of this gang, though, his brother is yakuza. Big time yakuza. If even one of these punks gets away, and tells the tale, we're dead. You especially, given that there can't be many redhead ronin in tight bodysuits with big tits, even in a city this size." He chuckles. "Sure you wanna go through with this?"
"Ho?" Kyouka cooes, "Revenge is it?" She grins, though this man doesn't have that much influence, having a common man under her debt would be still useful. The redhead licks her lips, "So, we just have to kill everyone in there. Then rob em blind, yeah? Easy enough. How many entrances do you think that warehouse has?" She asked, making it obvious she had a plan.
"Yeah, father. I'll be out in a moment!" Yatsebe shouts to her father, before redressing, looking at Midori with a cheeky smirk. "Oh, you better believe we will." She heads out. Outside, Midori sees, the ship has docked, and a ramp leads down into the massive port. At the docks, a bored looking man in official dress looks Midori up and down. "Kushan selectee? May I see your official note?" The man looks at the note, before nodding. "The ceremony shall begin tomorrow. You may accompany me to the palace now, or present yourself at the gates with your invitation, an hour after dawn." Yatsebe moves next to Midori. "You can go to the palace, but you're welcome to stay the night at the Terada estate as well. Up to you."
Grinning, the man leads Kyouka up the ladder of another, unguarded, warehouse, looking down onto the target building. The warehouse is two stories high, with a row of wooden slat windows around the sides. "Looks like large double doors on the north and west entrances, as well as smaller, one person doors on the rear. I don't think those windows open up, so we'll have to break them if we're going in that way. I assume you're planning something?"
"They tend to only work by appointment, so it might take a while, but we're a regular client of one particular sorcerer. They may agree to a drop-in if you present a note from us. I'll write one for you now."
Inazuma nod for that and wait for note. When it will writen, she will ask for direction to sorcerer and how find him. " Can you tell me something about that men? Old, young what kind character he is and other details. "
"Hmm. Seems easy enough." Kyouka cooes, "Alright, here's the "plan." She said with a giggle. "I'll distract them by challenging them, and "losing." While you go around locking every other entrance, save for one. Which you'll use to enter. Once you're inside, simply start killing them one by one, while they're waiting their turn." She licks her lips in excitement, "Easy, no?" She asked with a haughty grin.
“I appreciate the offer, but I think I will stay at the palace tonight – I want to familiarize myself with the place at least a little.” Midori replied as she looked around the unfamiliar place. “Plus I'd like to get a good night's sleep, and I suspect that if I stay with you I might not get nearly enough rest...” She added with a smirk. “Anyway, thank you for making the trip here so enjoyable, Yatsebe. I'll see you later.” She gave the samurai a warm smile before moving to accompany the man.
"I believe it's actually a woman that we deal with most." He hands over both the note, and a paper stating the address. "She looks fairly young, though they can alter their appearance, so that's no indiction of how old she actually is. From what I hear, she's businesslike, and doesn't suffer fools, but won't be too hostile if you don't do anything to annoy her. This is all second hand, though. I've never actually met the woman. Her name is Harazra the Bold."
He looks disbelievingly. "That plan sounds like it could go horribly wrong, but I don't have a better one. Do you ever get tired of fighting and fucking, though?" He shakes his head. "Alright, let's do this. You head to the front, while I go in the back."
Inazuma nod to him and thank for help. Using roofs of buildings she awoid crowd and run to adres, but she decided to enter by front door. She don't want to make enemy of sorceres, so I will be better if she don't sneak inside her house how she do usually.
