I would chain you up with techniques to ensure your loyalty... or I could put a form of curse on you, that would kill you if you did not follow a... ten, yes ten, ten tasks I would set for you. Ten works, if you will..." She pasued. "How does those two sound?"
Mulan jump away from fireball by her instinct and give angry stare to her master, but she didn't complain. She made the meal and after they eat it, she patience waiting for him to finish his tea, while Mulan polish her sword. "Yes, I'm ready. Whatever was hidden there, it won't make difference if we find it sooner or later." She said standing up.
"Fufu. So I either become his slave, or yours?" Luo Fei replied, giving a weak chuckle. "And these ten tasks, what's the point if you were to simply order me to kill myself by the end of it?" Trying to haggle her way into making it so Zhu Hua couldn't use those tasks to order her death.
"The faster we check it, the greater chance that we won't run into someone." The man said as he walked up to lake. But as he walked, he did not stop - he stepped into a lake - and the water moved in front of him, spreading. Then it closed behind him - as if there was a bubble around him, that repulsed water...
"That would be boring." There was a chuckle. "And, unsport like. No, the tasks would be difficult and to finish them, you would need to grow quickly if you want to survive. Think of it, as series of tests that would help you grow, to stand in the bigger world." She paused. "Basically, one choice would put you under my protection, other would force you to grow strong enough to survive in the world... well, if you survived it."
Mulan followed him as he shows her another great technique underwater. "Oh my... What kind of technique is that?" She asked as they getting deeper inside the lake.
"Mm. Is that right?" Luo Fei's smile widens, "Very well, I'll choose the second option." She replied, thinking that gaining power was already her goal. Might as well have some fun with it.

Slowly, as they made their way down, it became darker, as they got deeper... Suddenly, her new master stopped. As she turned to look at what he was looking, she noticed a shape in front of them. It was not that far, but the water made it difficult to make out-
"That's what I have thought you would choose..." Luo Fei could hear Zhu Hua stepping closer "Don't move - I will start writing each task on your skin each task..." She said - Luo fei could feel the brush moving over her skin.
Mulan whisper to her master. "I guess that meridian already saw us. What do you say master for trying to talk to her? We could always fight, but maybe we could gain more if that creature will work with us." She suggest.

Mulan was suprised, her whisperd were heard by creature, she must be more carefool. "Well, that is for sure right description for massive tower under water. I wonder what kind kataclizm drown this place." She said, looking around. "It look like there are traps and guards of this place."

"I can hold my breath for longer time, but I don't posses such skill like yours. Could you show me some technicue to breath underwater?" She asked.
