I'm pretty sure whichever one wasn't picked cursed the city of Troy to die. But what if you answered something ridiculous? Like you said Sisyphus or the Ship of Theseus was the prettiest? What would happen then?
It was the Iliad. As for your answer, Paris was asked specifically by Hera, Aphrodite and Athena (actually, Zeus ordered Paris to do it so he didn't have to) to judge which of the three of them was the most beautiful. His answer had to be one of the three. All three of them were known to be extremely vindictive, so if Paris didn't choose one of them, all three would take vengeance upon him anyway.
That's just kinda lame isn't it. Shame really, would be nice to have Paris outsmart those three like it happens so often in mythology. But oh well. Guess that means there is no good answer.
Then that leaves one question; what's the *funniest* answer?
You say its funniest, but no thats actually the *coolest* possibility. There's a reason the recent God of War games moved over to Norse mythology. And if we're taking the 'religion crossover' route, I think Buddha and Sun Wukong absolutly washing the Greek pantheon (heard most people say Wukong solos Goku, and Greek gods aren't nearly as busted as some other mythos are) is going to be one hell of a spectacle.
