As Freya thought what to do next she took the chance to examine the pink crystal in more detail. It looked like two eight-sided pyramids joined together by the bases and with both tips cut off. Its length was about 20 centimeters from top to bottom, maybe a bit less. Elaya and Kalian had gone to open the shop, Freya’s father Rycard had gone back to work and was hammering away, her mother had gone to her own workshop (Freya wasn’t sure if the staff had been finished yet but decided to leave it for later), and Saya had decided that she needed a quick bath to fully wake up because she was sleepy. I finally got around to introducing Freya’s dagger. I’ve added the details to her character sheet.

Some of the other things that were suggested are best left for later – there’s only so much Freya can ask or do at one time. Also, Freya will pick up her scrolls before leaving the house. Using fireballs while still inside would not be a good idea, but if she goes outside that is no longer an issue.

After thinking about it Freya decided to go visit Essa. It’s been a couple of days since we last saw each other. I wonder how she’s doing?
