So, this is an idea I've had before, but I think I've got a better handle on it this time:

So, here's the new idea:

This story will take place on an intergalactic space station in the distant future, where tens of millions of sapient species of every description meet. The humans are newly invited into the fold of Inter-galactic sapients and need to make a good first impression. We've done our homework and know there are several races we can probably ally with, but one, in particular, is key: the Golgana, because they are an old, powerful, and respected race in the Pan-Universal Union. Though they don't insist on it by any means* the fastest way to gain admission to their little Clique of Water/Carbon/Oxegen based sapients is to have your embassy staff seduce the higher-ranking-but-single staff members of the group's various embassies...

We're pervs too...

*(Rape is, almost literally, unthinkable to them. BDSM? It's old hat by the time they turn 180. Fuck machines/vibrators? Typical 150th birthday present: from your grandparents! Screwing other races? If you haven't managed to seduce a Chakra† by the time you're 210 you're seen as mentally defective. Rape, however, they culled from their species ruthlessly eons ago. This may explain why they're such pervs: if you never need fear your lover taking things too far: you'll be more willing to experiment...)

It sounds good, although I'm a little curious as to what various races look like. Also, is there a reason all the Golgana are single?
 
Oh, they're not*, but to join we're only trying to seduce the single ones...
*(a lot of them have open relationships, but that's not the same thing: for one thing, the one that wants to have an extramarital liaison has to ask their spouse's permission first...)

I think it sounds really interesting and I would be very keen to read it.

It does sound very immersive and I'm jealous that I haven't been able to come up with anything half as big or intriguing. Looking forward to reading it.
 
Well, I am drawing on a lot of inspiration from existing content, so while I'd love to take credit for the depth an degree of originality, I... Flat out, CAN'T. ^~^;

@Nemo: In all honesty though, if the image does show up for you, and it doesn't for us, there might be some kind of bug or permission issue with the image upload. I bet that you can probably reproduce our experience if you open the forum from a different browser or incognito modus, where you do not login.

And you might be able to "fix" the issue by deleting the old attachment and then uploading the image again. If that doesn't work, an admin should take a look at the issue.
 
Not sure it would be so arousing two imagine someone having sex with a crab/bunny grey alien that has breasts. Maybe some asari like creature thats hermaphroditic would be more appealing. I think its best to stick to a tentacle or humanoid alien creature but thats just my opinion.
 
After reading up on the Asari, I have to say that they are interesting enough, but not quite what I had in mind for this story. This is especially true after playing a lot of "SPORE" and seeing just how diverse even humanoid beings can be...
