Well, there is the fact that it's a bit slower-paced in that I don't have her one her knees sucking a random cock within five chapters.
Yeah, I suppose that could be a factor. But I like the slow build-up to corruption, as we've discussed in the past. It makes the pay-off more weighty.
Thinking about doing a little monthly "state of the story" post, but the details are pretty straightforward: There are 571 chapters. The longest branch is 31 chapters deep. There are currently 377 chapters to be written.
I'm traveling this weekend and all next week, so updates will probably be more sporadic. Good chance to get caught up if you want to archive-binge a couple branches!
