As Psychana raises her arms to attack, she's struck by the way her foes move - they're not like regular people - independent bodies moving in tentative synchronicity. The three thugs are perfectly in unison, like one entity in three bodies. One of the thugs is caught by a shockwave, but rather than fall back, he rushes into the shimmering path of the other two, going flying a he alone absorbs all the force, allowing the others to reach her. Luckily, it seems like their goal is to subdue her without harming her - though they grab at her arms to pull them behind her back, they're surprisingly gentle, not pulling so hard as to cause any substantial amount of pain.

Maybe you'd consider making this street part of your, uh, patrol route or whatever you call it?"
