    CHYOO was hosted and run by literotica, but I believe it suffered from many issues and was never really looked after. There was discussion on the literotica forum about setting up a new site, Friedman decided to, and the rest is history. I don't believe there was any formal collaboration from lit to move stories, but instead Friedman just copied/imported them all into Chyoa I guess on the assumption that they're public domain/have no copyright.

    The first time Chyoo went out of order for a significant time, there was an independent effort to copy/rescue the site, Chyoo3, which faded after Lit repaired Chyoo2.

    Good to see a strong successor arise again.
