The tiniest hint of a smirk graces Tylani's features at the sarcastic reply, and it felt only fitting to respond in kind.
"I see you are still as sharp as a plasma knife." Pausing for a brief moment, the Asari's gaze could not help but shift to her depressingly empty glass, before she continued. "I will admit, I find myself rather disappointed with our recent performance. I would have preferred to not do this, but I have little choice now sadly. Everyone needs to meet at Headquarters as soon as possible, and it is imperative that a united front is created there today. All this division is only making the League look weak." Letting the words sink in with her fellow senator, Tylani took the opportunity to refill her glass and then just as rapidly down it's contents again.
"Furthermore, given our aligning interests, it is only natural that the JL will come crawling to us begging for votes. We can extract far more meaningful concessions from them together." The Asari grew silent again to let Ciara process it all. "Call up whomever of our fellow senators you can and spread the word. I will be doing the same until I arrive at Headquarters in 30 minutes. The League simply cannot go on as it currently is if we are to have any hope of gaining a majority."
