The Witcher - Stories from The Path RP

“Let's hope it's nothing dangerous.” Varrin whispered back to his sister, but still made sure he was ready to draw his sword at a moment's notice. For now, however, he left it to the witchers to handle things – he would not be of much help against an unknown enemy he could neither hear, nor see.

Isabella nods, and keeps close to him, hand ready in a gesture he know will create a burst of fire. The way she clings to him seems rather protective, even overprotective.

(No problem, I'm going to call it a night as well, at least for this rp.)

With Mirellia's full attention focused on the hand attacking her crotch, Ashton had found it easy to disarm her. And once he moved away, the sexy milf shuddered as her arousal had risen considerably. "Tsk." Mirellia clicks her tongue as her son moved away, though her twisted desires were eager to see what reward he'd ask this time. For now, the sexy milf cleans herself up, wearing her usual erotic lingerie, and one of her new dresses. Which seemed like her normal outfits, aside from the tighter fit, and slightly shorter skirt length.
After changing, Mirellia hears a knock on her door. Opening it, she sees a young man standing before her, of a similar age and build to Ashton, who looks up at her, gaping a little, before he seems to remember why he's there and stops ogling her. "E-Err... S-Sorry to disturb you, m-madame... It's just... I'm... My name... I-I-I... My mother and father work with Mr Gunther, on this 'job' you're all doing. I, uh, Ashton said that you're a great swordsman...swordswoman... Would you help?" His babbling is almost incomprehensible, but Ashton overhears what's going on, and comes to explain.

In the end, she learns that the young man's name is Alain, and he's the son of the mage Mirellia met briefly, who's being targeted for assassination. "Gunther said he's important to the business he's here in Novigrad for." Ashton explains.

(I hated every word of that, but whatever, sometimes nothing I write sounds good.)

Mirellia was surprised to see a new face, but as Ashton explained what was happening. She raises an eyebrow, "Assassins? So has the job been compromised? No, Gunther would have rushed back here then." The sexy milf pondered to herself, "So, what is it you want me to do then? Guard you?" She asked in a curious tone.

(No worries. Ot looked fine to me.)

The priestess scowls at the torturer. "By the flame, you're an ugly bastard, aren't you?" She sighs. "What do you want?"

Lutz hummed at her comment, as his hand traveled to her tits, the very sensitive points he saw the boy stimulate.

"That might be so. But I am good at what I do." he said as he excited the woman more and more. Then he grabbed her nipples and squeezed them painfully. "Be sure, you will... confess to me." He assured the moaning woman and let go of her.

He then put his arms on her shoulders, his thumbs on her neck, feeling her vains.

"Now, tell me about the lists." He described what he wanted from her.

{What was it, that he was supposed to ask her about again? What kind of lists?}

She finds the elf in the boarding house/inn where she last was. She sits at a table, playing dice with some itinerant dwarves, but gets up when she sees Danielle, evidently spotting some graveness in the milf's expression. "Hey there. Is something amiss?"
She quickly explains the situations as best she can to the elf.(sorry. Tough to try and keep up when I still need to sleep)

Trista decided it will be better if they would wait here for what coming for them. She stand up and take burning stick from the fire.
"Alright, everyone take burning branches from the campfire and made circle, to protect our back around fire. I don't know what coming for us, but better be wary for the worst."

Issie is acting rather overprotective. I've never seen her act this way before. I guess Maddie getting kidnapped affected her even more than I realized... still, this isn't bad. It's kinda nice, actually. Varrin remained close to his sister, deciding to let the witchers handle whatever was coming. But he remained alert and ready to jump into action, should it prove necessary.

Alain looks up at Mirellia. "No, m-ma'am. There'll be a fight in the market at midnight, when the inquisitors will try to kill my father. I'd like you to be on our side."

The priestess moans, but keeps up her scowl. "What? I, ooh, don't know what you're talking about."
(It was a list of every group trying to rob a vault in the city.)

As the group creates a ring of fire, they hear the noises drawing closer, by this time close enough for Varrin to hear them too, but as they near the treeline, they quickly retreat, leaving the party alone. "Feckin' coward." Bogrid snorts contemptuously. Listening out, Trista and Varrin can hear nothing but the sounds of crickets.

"Just let me get my bow." Gynnie runs upstairs, coming down with her weapon and a quiver of arrows. Danielle notes that convincing the elf wasn't necessary at all. "I hate those inquisition bastards."
"Nobody does." Danielle partly joked, but not all that much.

"Grab what you need. We can expect this to be messy. Inquisitors tend to love armor....load up on bodkin point if you can." She only really remembered it as a tip she off handedly heard Alain mention from ranger training when he still cared about doing it. "And later....I'm going to have to pay you back for all your help. For now...I got to revisit a mutual friend of ours. Meet up at the market place when you're ready. There's probably a few vantage spots on the shop roofs that can be used. But...the market should still be open for a bit, which means we can buy a few last minute things. I might be able to work some magic on your bow if we get the time for it. But we'll have to see how close we cut it. We really can't overprepare for this if we want everyone to come out alive." The enhantctress gave her quick goodbyes after explaining her plans and got ready to leave to find the troll...it would take some doing to get him in the city, but definitely would be a force if she could get sell the guards on letting him in.

After several hours of hard riding, Danielle finds her way back to the bridge. "Stoopid humie!" She hears the troll's voice shout from around the bend. "Why, you irritating, interminable creature!" The response comes from a voice she recognises, that of the count who is Danielle and Samuel's patron.

The sounds of conflict brewing wasn't good. It made her wary as she approached. As long as she talked to the troll softly, things would go okay. But it would be a problem with someone trying to rile him up. It also would be bad if it was killed or it ended up squishing their patron. He had been overall good to her family for the most part, after all.

Putting on her confident smile, looking a little clueless, she approached to get in between the two, first acknowledging her friend, getting close enough so he could notice her and the size difference between them becoming more and more apparent with him lumbering over her. "It's been a while. We'll need to catch up. But what's going on here?" Turning to acknowledge the count next, she knelt, curtseying with her dress. "My lord. I wasn't expecting to see you so far out. I'd love to recount my current project with you, but it doesn't seem like the best time. Trouble?" She was sure she could meditate between them but, she kept her positioning to be standing at the side and out of the way in case anything went wrong.

The troll gives what could possibly be described as a smile, but looks like a horrifying grimace, as it sees Danielle arrive. In front of the monster, with a half dozen armed troops and a few unarmed functionaries, stands the count, a man about 25 years old with boyish good looks and long brown hair. "Please, Madame Velotton, rise. No need to curtsy out here on the road." As she curtsies, Danielle notices her cleavage coming into the young man's field of view, and as she stands properly, notes that he's started to blush slightly, making her recall the rumours around the castle that the count and his young wife both have a crush on the beautiful milf.

Turning his head, the count returns to business, looking at the troll angrily. "This troll stole my wife's new dresses! Tore them out of the wagon. I let the troll take tribute from travelers, because he keeps the bridge maintained, and criminals out, but this is too much!" The troll bristles. "Stupid hoomie! You said I take what I want! I want these!" The creature hefts up a ball of coloured fabric. The count sighs irritably "From the travelers! You can take what you want from the travelers, not from me! Madame Velotton, please explain to this creature that he has to give back my wife's property. He seems to at least be smart enough to like you."

"Well, I guess that's a simple task." Mirellia replied, "Very well, I'll be there." She added, nodding as she figured it would more or less the same as her earlier task.
Alain bows in gratitude. "Thank you, miss. If there's any way I can ever repay you, feel free to ask. I'm no soldier, but I have a little skill with magic, and the lute." He seems a little embarrassed at the last one, since it probably won't be very useful.
