"Me? Not close friends or relatives, but I do have a job. Or maybe that should be past-tense. If Ice was able to find my civilian identity, she probably knows where I work. As for my home, my neighbor is pretty nosey. She might raise a stink if she doesn't see me for an extended period of time." Sapphira shakes her head. "People are used to me disappearing and then popping up unannounced."
Feeling her combat boot make contact with his crotch, Vanessa knew she'd won. But, Huh? Feeling her immense, godlike powers leave her. The heiress' eyes widen as once again, she was nothing but a normal woman. "H-huh?" She couldn't help but utter in surprise, What happened? Is it his leash!? Vanessa thinks to herself, as she hurriedly tries to unhook the leash from her collar.
Spoiler: Combat Roll D100: 78+20 Utterly unprepared to face a monster like this, the cop freezes up. His gun goes clattering back to the mouth of the alley, before he makes a strangled gasp as the tentacle constricts around his neck. As he chokes, the blonde moans out. "N-No, don't do this!"
He blushes harder as she exposes how inexperienced he is. "If it's just on gangs and villains, okay. But I'm not giving you information that could be used against heroes."
Lee's expression softens as he thinks Calista is scared. "Trust me - they wouldn't come back here. I'm sure they were just here for Lana." He gives her a smile, and her hand a reassuring squeeze. The police arrive soon after, interviewing Calista but letting her leave after it becomes clear she doesn't have information that isn't second-hand. The recording session to decide her fate is postponed, mercifully. Returning to the scene as Sonata, she stands on a neighboring rooftop, watching the young man be interviewed by police, before he's finally allowed to go. Presumably he'll leave in an unmarked car, to avoid the press gathered outside, and it isn't long before she sees a car with black tinted windows leave the garage.
"Uh, uh. Don't do that..." The villain reaches to stop her from taking the leash off, before pausing in surprise as Vanessa stops by herself. "Wait..." He smiles. "Jump up and down." Vanessa feels her breasts heaving in her leotard, as she begins to hop on the spot. "Stop." Immediately, she becomes immobile as a rock. It's not that her body is moving by itself, it's more like...whenever he gives an order, the impulse to obey pops unbidden into her head, all reasons for why she would want to resist forgotten. "...Get on your knees." The villain grins. Trying to remember that she doesn't want to do as he says will take a great deal of willpower, she intuits - more than it took to resist Melchett's eye.
W-what is happening! Vanessa screams in her head, as she obeys the flamboyant thug's commands. But, even though she was screaming in humiliation, the thought of disobeying never even popped into her mind. Making her cheeks blush, as she feels her nylon-clad knees make contact with the ground. "B-bastard!" The heiress growls, looking directly into his eyes, as she kneels in front of him. Her clench fists quivering in shame, What's going on, this is completely different from Horatio's artifact! Vanessa starts to panic, thinking that maybe, whatever the fat bastard did to her left some effects.
“So you do keep tabs on your friends. Aren’t you naughty?” Teasing him at the admission her suspicions about him being paranoid to have a database on them were true was satisfying. But he was not likely to give up that info through direct means. But… “Well, my weakness to that cute face is enough. Only on the scum. Death’s hand, Celesta, the kingpins, Infinity, that Toxin girl I’m sure we have a lot to talk about…but… Figure 8…him particularly.” She causally rattled off names throwing a major hero in there but keeping her acting skills as if he was supposed to belong with the rest. She only needed to plant the idea at least a little….. but then not even acknowledge naming him like he wasn’t anything out of the normal from that list as if she knew something he didn’t. “Figure 8 has been good to me…how long will that last I wonder….would be good to know what to expect from him.” Don’t even pay or call attention to it. Let it eat at him, but don’t even act like it’s relevant. She doesn’t need to give a reason. Only let him think their might.
"Oh, ho... This is just precious." The man looks down at her, grinning happily. "Smile for me." He orders. "Beg me to let you serve me."
“Yeah, you'll probably need a new job, Esme... Speaking of jobs, I don't have one right now, so that's one less issue to worry about. Fortunately, between my parents supporting me with money and the occasional rich person giving me a handsome monetary reward for saving them, I am fine financially, at least for now. I'm not rich, but I don't need to be, either.” Azura shrugged. “So, what are we going to do today? It's probably best to lie low and not do any crime fighting, just to be on the safe side...”
"Glad to see at least one of us likes what they see." He says awkwardly, his hard on refuting his words as much as his blushing face does. "Celesta? What are you talking about?" His eyes widen. Funnily enough, he seems surprised as she includes Celesta on the list - but not Infinity...
Despite her glare, and flushed cheeks. The moment he gave the order, Vanessa feels her lips turn upward as she smiles, N-no, no, no, don't say iiiit! She screams inside her head as she feels her mouth move. "Please... sir, let me serve you." The heiress' entire face turns red at the humiliating words she just said. But, the flamboyant man would feel as if her plea was a bit monotone. Like a robot simply following commands.
"That's good to hear - I'm broke." Esmerelda nods. "Well, I need new clothes, but beyond that, there's not much reason to go out. I can teach you some things about being a magical girl - though you've figured out most of it on your own."
He tugs impatiently on her leash, frowning. "Say it again. This time, make me believe that you want nothing more than to serve me and sate my needs."
Okay, now he's definitely in on it. Clad in black with gold trim, Sonata does his best to follow Lee's car surreptitiously. He uses his superhuman hearing to keep track of it whenever it leaves his vision. If traffic's as bad as normal, I shouldn't need to go "borrowing" a car. If he can follow Lee's vehicle until it seems to park somewhere, Sonata will have a quick look and listen to assess the area.
“Well, I think it will be best if we go shopping tomorrow, so for today teaching me sounds like a good idea. I may know most of it, but there must be a few things you can teach me. And maybe explain how you became a magical girl, while at it. It was obviously different for you than it was for me.” Azura suggested.
"Mmh, nnh, mmmh!" Vanessa tries to keep her lips sealed, mustering everything she can as something compels her to obey. "P-please... please mh... master, please let me serve you." Despite her struggle to keep herself from saying it, the words still leave her mouth carry a hint of sultry tone this time.
Heading across the rooftops after the car, Sonata sees it stop in front of a nice looking apartment building - Lee's, she guesses. Strangely, when the driver goes to open the rear door and let Lee out, the boy is lying in the back seat, seemingly unconscious. The driver tries to wake him, but to no avail. Finally, Lee's eyes flicker open, and he heads into his apartment.
"It certainly was." She and Sapphira look at one another. "We're not from this world. As far as I know, you're the only human magical girl."
“What.” Azura blinked as she started at the pair. “Okay, start from the beginning and explain everything... slowly. I might need some time to process it all...”
