I debated a few options: Forge Lord: By the blood passed down by an ancient god of the smithing, Juno is gifted with the ability to create and summon weapons almost at will or bond materials to create heavenly weapons.. However, this doesn’t give her the actual training required to use them and her lack of knowledge leaves her weapons to be cheap replicas of the real things. Storm Blood: Touched by an old god of storms, her powers over the sky grants her the ability to channel weather as a weapon. In battle, she can use her strength to cause a small earthquake to knock ground enemies off balance and damage them.
@Regin34 @moonblack After you had a taste in the combat system - what are your impressions/comments/suggestions?
First round when we have opportunity to counter oponent attack is easy one. I'm not sure how, but I think it would be better if we get a chance in this part to do something more risky to gain more damage. For now, we have to simply take care if stamina and we never get a hit in this part. But again, I have no idea how to fix it.
As characters progress, they will gain more power. New moves, new skills, more damage. The number of actions will be greater and depending on who your character will be facing, they could predict more or less of their moves.
So far the combat system seems easy enough, once I got used to it. I imagine things will get more complicated once we have more possible actions and more damaging attacks.
So i assume that eventually, we'll probably get access to Fatalities (I forgot how tame the older fatalities were compared to some of the videos I've watched of the newer ones) since that's something the game's known for. Combo's and special moves that basically end a fight dramatically and often involve the abilities the character is known for. Since this is a sex RPG, we could also do Fuckalities, abilities that end the fight dramatically and pivot into some kinky sex position. Well, I guess it doesn't have to be kinky, but most of them would probably be kinky somehow. We just have to be careful that the scenes don't break Chyoa's excessive violence rule. Violence is fine, Sex is fine, but excessive sexual violence is against the rules. I don't think any of the other finishers in Mortal Kombat are really things that should be included. Animalities, Babalities, Friendship, brutalities(are brutalities a thing? They sound like they should be a thing)...
The fatalities... eventually the characters will learn special moves - like throwing ice balls to freeze things. Eventually, they will also learn their own finishing moves. Yes I also considered Fuckalities, just did not come around to how to implement or construct them... I don't know - maybe mind-melting orgasms as a finishing move?
Well, you can try using it, but it will be weak, draining and not very practical at this stage... If you want we can make it a special move now, but it will be pretty weak.
