Mainline Pokemon was only ever really for kids to geek out over the cool dragons fighting each other or people who were willing to put in the hours to ACTUALLY catch 'em all. Not much plot really required in either case, though it would be greatly appreciated.
well because of certain content I can't really say it on site. Really...not that into that aspect. Overall the scenes are pretty mid. But....the overall plot involves human genetic testing experiments, the corpse of a girl used as a battery and euthanasia as a sentinet force wiping out all human life....it's just such a bizzare tonal shift from everything else in the game like something you'd see in lobotomy corp.

@Thorn_ For some folks, the appeal is embracing that lack of control, for others it is the tension and emotional upset at that very loss of control. There is definitely a different dynamic if, say, a woman is sentenced to free-use duty and her neighbors and coworkers take advantage of that than if she willingly climbs into a free-use booth to let anonymous people use her for their pleasure.
You can still have forbidden sex (within reason) - what if a son/daughter/an in-law etc. takes advantage of the free-use situation? - but it's largely about the emotional investment of the people involved.
I find it odd that someone thinks sex would be boring if it wasn't "forbidden." But I guess we just think differently.
