Now I'm imagining "At The Cabin: Clash Of Worlds" where the superheroes, um, young horny people, meet their alter egos for a day at the end of Spring Break. They must work together to avert the collapse of all time lines, um, get back to their own worlds. Or not. Maybe two alternate Zacks decide they like being twin brothers and set up dating Chloe and Heather together. Maybe the Victorias decide to date each other. Maybe the Ashleys cover for each other so they can take turns sexually experimenting. Maybe one of the Chloes ends up with both Gavins. Will the Kurts be buddies, amplifying their mischief, or bitter rivals?
Climax on Infinite Earths! The story that changed the At The Cabin universe forever! Anyway, it's been a hectic couple of weeks on my end too. Short version is I got real sick and lacked the energy to do much of anything, and when I had it in me to write, I saved it for my own ideas. I'm on the upswing now, though, so I'll have more stuff coming in the next couple of days. Like Yarkoz said, I've pitched in some quick threads for The Great Outdoors to ease back into things.
Great to hear from the two of you, Yarkoz and Patzo, life can get really busy indeed, so no rush, whenever you want to get back into the cabin, the door is always open for you. And Zingiber, that can actually be an excellent idea for an alternate universe, I'm already imagining the Zack from the original universe slack-jawed from seeing two Victorias at the same time, since I think the one from the new universe would still be dating Lisa; the Kurts scheming together, the Heathers going at each other, etc. There are endless possibilities.
"I shall return" - Douglas MacArthur It appears that I'm not the only one for which life has gotten in the way. In addition to two vacations, health issues have reared their ugly heads. All is well now and everyone is on the mend, so I shall resume posting shortly. I already have a thread completed. However, to keep the creative juices flowing, that thread is actually six or seven threads down the road from where my branch is right now. I shall commence bridging the gap ASAP.
yeah my time has been elsewhere lately. I've got the next 3 or 4 chapters outlined plus one more on my alt thread, just need the time to sit down and do them. making a commitment here to do them in the next two days. teaser- scene with Chloe upcoming. will be a fun one.

I've been hoping to provoke (encourage?) some collaboration by following up on other folks' threads. A nod to Yarkoz for setting up my latest, where Ashley barges in on Heather's educational threesome with Hannah and Taylor and decides on Talking Heather through her first L7 while leaving herself, after Brandon's tickle-teasing (and to some extent Hannah) still sexually unsatisfied. Any suggestions for other places I should follow up (or extend, if you feel like I've left you hanging)? -Z.
There a lot of threads on the alternate beginning branch that deserve a follow up, in my opinion. A few examples, the two ongoing threads with Madison (the one where she teases Kurt and Gavin at the beach and the one where Brandon catches her with Zack). The one where Zack and Hannah hid under the bed is an interesting one too. Even your most recent one can easily be followed with a scene between Ashley and Hannah. Sorry if I'm not helping with the collaborative threads lately, but my main thread has been taking all my writing time, I've been stalling too much on the sixth day.
Well I intended on having time this weekend for contributing, but that was shot to hell as it were. College has a tendency to do that. Thanks for the continuation Zingiber, it's fantastic. And congrats again duskford!

So, Ozymandios suggested to me that I or someone else could write a sequence of threads depicting a big orgy between the characters of both cabins. I thought the idea to be really hot and interesting, is there someone else who thinks the same? If so, where or when do you think the scene can happen and how should it unfold? I was thinking of setting it during their fifth night there on my threads, when it'd have more characters available (all 14 of them).
I certainly enjoy reading and writing scenes where there's both description of sexual activities and sympathetic observers. (You can certainly tell if you look up my stories). In a personal sense, that friendly observation and ability to be a welcome, friendly observer of others is a wonderful thing. But it's not necessarily the thing you'd expect with a bunch of /relative/ novices like our crew. But given we likely have some more shy and hesitant folks (Chloe, Gavin, likely Victoria) the friendly thing would be to make the space welcoming for the more shy and hesitant, while letting the enthusiasts -- Hannah seems top of the list here -- dive in and have fun. Maybe Taylor would be a good party ambassador, encouraging participation at whatever level feels okay. And there would probably have to be some talking and sharing first. Maybe there were some "double dates" that went on to watching each other go all the way. I can easily imagine Brandon/Ashley in that circumstance (I've written some threads where they go into sharing, swapping, and an Ashley-centered group scene, but Brandon wants to dial things back...but will Ashley let him?). Heather seems another likely candidate for some experience with having sex in company or with multiple partners, simultaneous or in sequence. I'm certainly a minority on this, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I prefer teased and built up sex scenes. (don't just give me a sex scene, make me want it. Make me want it a little more. then make me want it so bad I can't stand it. make me wait still more. then finally give it to me.) That's hard to do with orgy scenes. A scene like this would certainly be fun to read, but I hope it won't take away from your main thread. (which has done a lot of what I just mentioned)
Thanks for the feedback, guys! Zingiber, I think this kind of scene you described is more or less what I'm doing with Zack/Heather and Chloe/Gavin on my latest threads. About the possible orgy, I agree that there's some characters that would've been more up to it than others, the biggest trick would be to fit in Victoria, Chloe and Gavin (even with Vicky really wanting to do it with Zack in the setting I've suggested). Another thing to consider is how the relatives would act in front of each other before and during the scene (Zack and Taylor, Ashley and Hannah, Heather and Kurt, and Dustin and Shawn). The more I think about it, the more I think it should happen something that leaves everyone really horny, like a game of truth or dare/spin the bottle. Another thing I was thinking about was to somehow get rid of Shawn, Dustin or Peter and replace him with Lisa or Jennifer, so we could have an equal number of males and females for the scene.
Victoria and Chloe could watch together from a safe vantage point while Gavin gets recruited as a gofer. "Glass of water? Thanks!" "Lube? You're a lifesaver." "Cushion? Yes, right there!" I like Truth or Dare or something like it, especially if it reveals that more of them have broader sexual experience or interests than they were letting on to each other. Perhaps Gavin or Kurt, or maybe more likely Taylor/Hannah has brought a boxed set of Cards Against Humanity. CAH is a way-unsafe-for-work variation on Apples to Apples where a player's turn is to judge which of the other players' secretly submitted cards is best (naughtiest, quirkiest) in filling in one or two blank words in a provocative phrase. It could be a good way to get folks to make phrase combinations that lead to teasing and flirting. In real life it tends to result in red faces and aching ribs from outrageous laughter. That could be a preliminary scene, since it works best with 4-6 players. Or maybe they have two sets! I might imagine some friendly competitive spirit there. Certainly Kurt seems to have enough pride to match himself up against any man. I suspect Kurt would even be fine with going both ways as long as he feels like he's top dog and in control of the situation. It would be pretty easy to imagine some irresistible invitation for Shawn, Dustin, or Peter that would leave an opening for Lisa or Jennifer. One thing about men is that they'll need earlier and more frequent breaks once things get orgasmic, so it might not hurt to have some extra fellows.
I like the game idea, made me remember about that card game with sexual dares, I can imagine Kurt, Shawn or Hannah bringing one of those. I've suggested to even the number of males and females in the case I come up with a scenario scenario where they have to split in pairs or something. But I suppose that having extra guys can't hurt in the event that one of the girls want to get it on with more than one or someone gets tired and needs to be subbed.
In case someone's wondering why the first thread looks different, I've decided to tackle one of the main sources of criticism for "At The Cabin", the character's list on the first thread. Now I've joined the two characters list (the main ones and the supporting ones) in a separate thread and split the second thread into two blocks of text to make the change possible. Hopefully now it'll look more polished and attractive.
