The Tower of Voices Voting Thread

I am the type of person who has to talk to all the NPC's

Well, that was easy. I write early for once, because this seems a fairly simple choice. Lets go for the above water lantern.

But this has gone so swimingly that I'm a bit paranoid, so excercise caution. Who knows if we eventually encounter a Mimic lantern?

Assuming no further issues, start collecting stuff and head back to town. Make sure to again check the bumps in the water on your way out and there is a decent chance the slugs will ambush us back in the main area, so take that in mind.

Incidentally, what Goma is saying is either a pun I can't for the life of me wrap my head around or subtle forshadowing to a future floor with lots of water.

Dang, even knowing the underwater light is a trick I still want to check slightly. Don't because it's absolutely a trap.

I agree with the other Voice. Be cautious and loot the lantern area. I would like another look around to see if there are other paths. If the lantern area doesn't have something for the mind eaters then we are at a disadvantage.

The auction seems like something we want to accomplish, as well as the potential loot behind that first room. But do we have a good way of bypassing the mind eaters? If we are back in town I suggest asking everyone again for information. If nothing let's go to the Dwarf Hold again and ask if anyone there knows or is willing to help since knocker is defeated.

Did the museum have anymore information on the mind eaters? Nobody knows of this problem anymore!

Hmmmmm... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Not sure if I created a friend or foe... This problem seemed ok until he had to throw in the ...wisely.

So tough decision here. On one hand relaxing is always nice. On the other this is the Tower and somehow this drink is gonna bite us, I just feel it. No drinks, but do relax and talk with some of the adventurers here, their sure to have some interesting stories.

After that, well we used up our only fire during the bat encounter. It's been a while coming, but we need ranged weapons. We still have ingots and could maybe trade for some wood, let's see if we could get 1 or 2 bows for Cherchiel and Isalia. If either have experience then good, otherwise let's take a day to practice.

Other than Boarchiel, I don't think any in our party is dumb. I'll look over our last encounter and see how we faired then post again.

Hahaha XD

I KNEW THERE WHERE MIMICS!(Also love how the group splits of just when we learn that they mimic friends, because of course lol)

i'm against Yulia accepting anything from strangers, especially males.

Hm Fire and Mind Control, eh? Well, before we rack our brains about this we probably should see what we get for the plants and what Goma can do with the fish.

I don't think the warning aboutl stupid people applies to us. I mean, I guess Goma would be a risk, but it's not as she is a physical powerhouse in the first place.
That being said, we might refrain from using the Boar Mask

Incidentally, the rope might actually come in handy here. Hard to impersonate someone thats literally tied to somebody else

So in our last encounter the main issue was the pink mists. Could we ask around the adventurers for information on it? Also of our party Cherchiel did the best in resisting. Yulia was mostly to dazed and Goma just went along with anything.

Perhaps a full plan through the dream path is best. We need to move quickly together, tieng together with a rope is not a bad idea. While having a conversation with Nobody anymore is an interest to me, we can not do so while in that mist. Head straight through avoiding the mind eater and only engage the mind eater if they attempt to get close, in which case it's a fight. You may warn the mind eater that we will only talk outside the mist.

I mean it's fair to reason that the Mind Eaters can only survive in the mists. It would explain why they haven't taken over the caverns. Perhaps they can leave for a while but it isn't healthy for them?

I thought we already had a dildo of some kind? A practical item would actually be a Fleshlight or Onahole so if we ever need to pleasure someone with corruption we have a less touchy way of realeasing them. If not then double ended dildo.

Yes Yulia, that is the plan. I would just also add that you get through the dream path to the quickest exit and don't stop. Preferably the path of riches to find the gem.

He did mean the mists are only on Dream and not the branching paths correct?

I said no fish porn!

Hmmm....nah i'm probably just paranoid

My issue with bows remains the same, we also need arrows for them otherwise they are completely worthless

Where do we get a steady supply of arrows or the materiels to make them? Unless that is cleared up I can't condone wasting ingots on bows

I only now just noticed it, but we do lug around a large supply of cooking ingredients aren't we? If anyone of the group can cook, now would be the time to speak up

As for the sex toy, I quite frankly have no preference.

As for moving on, the magic stone is supposed to be on the Dream Path with further stuff on the path of riches, so I don't think we can just rush trough it.

Tying yourself together with the rope seems the way to go here, altough I like to do it in two pairs. Cherchiel and Isalia and Yulia and Goma. This is the increase maneuverability

Also, we should make sure Yulia can actually handle this, given her uh..fetishes. If it becomes too much of a distraction we can't have her roped up

Beyond that, yeah obviously not getting touched, but other then that we just have to see what happens.

Negotation time!

Hmm, last time I checked the cost of guiding was a memory.

But warider was kind enough to provide you with a name. Wouldn't your services be an adequate payment for that?

It's good to be back my child. Though you must understand our parties actions, this mist clouds our thoughts and prevents us from conversing properly.

My fellow voice is correct, I have given you a great boon in providing you with existence beyond what the Tower intended. An existence that could end should our champion fall here. Dealings could be done, especially since I see you have not messed with our parties thought processes. Even allowing Cherchiel to raise a weapon this time. However this mist still is an immediate issue.

If you are so inclined for a memory to act as a guide could we please return near the entrance of the Dream to talk without the mist? If you require the mists we could stand outside it while you are at the mists edge. Once there I have a few questions.

What do remember of your time before your name? How does your memory eating work, does it remove the memory from the host? Can you leave this floor? Have you thought about living outside of the tower? Could you live through other means besides memories? Finally, what do you think of your name?

Should my questions be answered: Begone Problem. I knew there was more to you than it first appeared.

Should we not leave the mists or questions unanswered: Problem Problem Problem. We came back here in hopes to pass peacefully. Instead I have turned a monster into a monster with a name. Such a waste. Yulia and gang remain at range and strike him down. Cherchiel keep your wits about you and focus on keeping him a spear poke away.

Oh for fucks sake. Step 1 I said was leave the mists team, now we are in deep trouble and Goma is missing.

First, Yulia use the adrenaline shot immediately. We need you thinking clearly and the rush of adrenaline should counteract the mists and control. Second, throw a poison grenade at Iselia and Cherchiel, while it's going to suck we once again need people thinking clearly and poison gas is better than this mist.

Lastly, throw a grenade right in That problem's face. It disgusts me.

While distracted I need all three of you to find Goma and fast. Unfortunately now separated she may now be used as a mimic target. If you spot her and reach her, You, Must, Stab, Her! Mimic transformation do not hold up to physical pain and will unmorph if hurt. Do not aim to kill Goma obviously, but it must be a decent wound which we can then heal. Once the real Goma is found.... Or even if she is not... You need to leave the dream path now!

Unless the other Voice has a plan to win, I don't see us in a winning position. Cherchiel if your in range you could give him a good stab of the spear, but finding Goma right now is much more important.

Spoilers! I'll pretend I didn't hear that

Dang... But now I can't stop thinking about it... Is this whole floor a trick and we should Never trust the problem...........................

Ok, negotiations for this problem ... If he really is trying to help... Which I doubt.... Send Goma, the real Goma, back out of the dream towards town. If she's there along with the rest of our party I'll consider talking to you again >_>

Don't think I can't unmake you... AND NOW IT HAS BEEN DONE!

Also to be clear this does not change my advice for the team
