Confession, I have no idea what this is.
Okay, so many people have the idea that when it comes to sex "bigger is better" - boobs are awesome, so
more boobs are
more awesome, until you get characters with a chest fit for a herd of cows (to steal a phrase); and the male version of that is ridiculously huge cocks/balls...and of course, the genitalia of their partners is magically able to accommodate the equivalent of a baseball bat in their orifice-of-choice.
That's size queen fiction. And there is a place for it. It can lead to cartoonishly bad anatomy, and biologically unpleasant acts like cervix bumping, cervix
penetration, extreme gapes, cum inflation, all-the-way through or meet-in-the-middle...well, it's just cartoonish. Some people like that, fine, but it's not realistic. Size queens in real life might go for really big members and really big sex toys, but there's an upper limit to what the human body can handle, and past that you're looking at anal and vaginal tearing, prolapses, and other unpleasant and decidedly un-sexy things. And for the most part, people don't enjoy getting fisted up to the elbow, even in those rare individuals that can accomplish that kind of feat: human bodies just aren't designed for that.
So...the idea of the anti-size-queen story was sort of an aggressive
size doesn't matter approach. Less biggus dickus, more "let me show you how I can use this thing."
But it's not exactly a lot to build a plot around, y'know?
