I did not make the connection between the threads and a spiderweb. I suppose some kind of floor boss was to be expected.

You are well equipped to deal with the spider as you already destroyed its threads and carry a torch

Don't be too hasty in attacking it. You are not easy prey.

Slowly move trough the corridor while keeping eye contact with the spider. I imagine it will move out of the way on it's own.

 

Be carefull, because of your fetish to bondage. If spider web tie your legs you will be not only less moving, but also harder to get focus in heat. You are strong woman, with sharp sword. Go for the eyes of spider, it is their weak point but be carefull to not stab it in the mouth, because spider teeth could break your weapon.

Put your mask back on if you haven't already. Yulia, Take very careful care to not step in any webs if you do move, but my personal suggestion is tossing a useless item, like your panties, into a webbed area, then hitting that same webbed area with a Grenade. it'll make the web shake, it'll go to it, and perhaps it'll be killed by the poison without you having to deal with it at all. Also it's nice to see that "mean voice" can be kind, in their own way.

 

Huh, so I was right after all – the threads were the work of a spider. After you cut them and nothing happened I thought I was wrong.

Alright, so: First brandish your rapier and prepare to defend yourself in case your new 'friend' decides to say 'hi' by biting you. After that try and see if it is just this one spider, or if there are more in the room – it's certainly long enough to fit multiple... Then try and see if the spider has spun more threads to replace the ones you cut. Once we know what you're dealing with we can try to come up with a plan. You'll probably need to fight the spider, but it might not be that simple...

If it is just this one, I recommend shooting an icicle at its eyes, both to blind it and to freeze it.

Without spoiling the result. The difference between victory and defeat in this case literally ended up being 1.

 

Great job, Yulia! Another victory for you! Sure, it was close – but a close victory is still a victory.

Time to leave, before anything else arrives. Just to be on the safe side, wipe your rapier on the spider's body as much as you can. And when you walk forward through the room use your rapier to try and cut any new threads the spider may have put up. With your torch gone it will be harder to spot them, but some diagonal slashes should help reveal any threads.

Once you've made it out of the room go take some rest and recover before you explore the room with the cooking and the male voice – you never know what you will find there, so best to be cautious.

I would suggest cleaning your Scapula, but I don't think you have any way to clean it right now.

 

A very close call. We need to find a way for you to avoid these fights.

I would tell you to get some of the spiders venom, but given your inherent clumsiness you might end up poisoning yourself in the process. As such it is best to leave.

You are at full health but it certainly can't hurt to get your mana replenished as well so return to resst. While you are at it, try to unlock the angel path(with the spell, not the key) I doubt it will work but we can grind your spellcasting up like that.


When you rest I also like you to eat some of the food you have. As the cooking room is next I do not wish for your judgment to be impaired because you are hungry.

Is there water in the rest room(the outhouse perhaps?) If so you can use that to clean your equipment. Otherwise you can use your drinking water to clean your scapula. Might as well leave it on the rapier tough, nothing wrong with poisoning your enemies after all.

 

Congratulations! My own "personal interests" aside, I'm happy you beat the spider. Sorry Yulia, as much as I care for you, I love bondage and have a feeling you wouldn't meet your untimely end necessarily upon defeat.

I completely agree with one of the other voices. Use the spider's natural body against it, wipe your word upon it's corpse to make your transition through the room easier. However, I happen to think you're perfectly competent enough to collect venom, being a plague doctor and all. Be sure to clean your equipment as soon as possible once you leave this place, and take a moment to mentally recover. Your mana is of utmost importance.

Thank you for the little show, Yulia, I'm sure we all appreciate it (at the very least I do). A pity it was so short... Oh, also, good job collecting some of the spider's poison – it might come in handy later.

Okay, stop. STOP!!! Don't you see something is wrong here? Why are you so hungry all of a sudden? This is clearly a test, or worse - a trap. Do not touch the food – which might be poisoned or cursed - and move on! Open the door and see what's on the other side of it. Who knows – it might be Alide... Wouldn't it be nice to see the scantily-dressed shopkeeper again? And if you ask nicely I'm sure she'd be happy to spread her legs for you and let you eat her out... It won't be quite the same as eating the food, but something tells me you'll enjoy it a lot more...

(whispered) And do keep an eye on Ash, in case your new 'friend' tries something...

Yeah, this is so obvious a trap that I suspect it's actually not a trap at all.

Still, it's not worth the risk. So just move on. You don't have a food fetish, so this will better not be a problem for you.

Given that the room is similiar shaped as the spiders room, and that Ash is an archer, the situation does seem eerily well set up for an ambush. Make sure he doesn't shoot you in the back.

 

Sorry to embarrass you Yulia, but like most people here I find you quite adorable, though i promise I'll try and keep my interests to consensual scenes instead. Though it might be ebst if you don't want me us to catch feelings to be mindful of the length of your clothes.

Let's see, a handsome man by a fire with a good smell in the air, this sounds like either a date or a trap. (One Leherengin has used before! I'll never forgive you. ;3 ) Don't hurt him, but, see if you can't get him to eat the food first if you do end up eating. Be your usual kind, cautious self and this should go swimmingly. Saying something like "Yes but I hate to eat alone, won't you join me?" might be a good way to ask subtly.

Lets try opening that door with the coin first. You have the key already, but try your unlock spell first. Maybe you can sell the key to Alide instead.

 

That was foolish. Just because Ash is immune to any negative effects does not mean you are immune as well. In this particular case things seem to have worked out in your favor, but on the upper floors you might not be so lucky, so remember this warning.

As for what to do next, I agree with my colleague's suggestion: First try the Unlock spell on the door. If it does not work try the key with the coin. Ignore the key with the wings for now – it is likely what you need to open the doors to the next floor, but there is sure to be a trap there.

Speaking of traps, search the room with the key and see fi you can figure out the trap: Is it the ceiling lowering down? The walls closing it? Something else entirely, such as arrow slits in the walls? Knowing ahead of time what sort of trap you are dealing with will make things easier...

 

The fellow voices are quite right to be wary of traps, but so long as you stay at range of the key you can duck for cover if things go south right?

Use your rapier or sling an icicle spell at it? You've got that sticky stuff you could probably use to grab something with at a distance. Doesn't look like you've got any rope but... Your bra would probably do.

It's alright Yulia, these feeling and emotions are normal! You're right though, let's take a moment to ourselves to think through our options with him and primarily this room instead of jumping in head first. Lips first?

See if you can't cut the string from a safe distance, with an ice shot. See what happens when the key falls? Be ready to rush to catch it if things looks bad for it though. No idea what the coin picture idea means, and I don't think we got a spare key for that locked door...
