I do think, exchanging the maul for a more suitable weapon is a pretty good deal, so I am for taking it. Keep the mask tough.

Your health and mana regeneration was pitiful, can you try rest again? There is no reason to rush now with Sower defeated after all.

Before we venture forward, I would like you to test out your new unlock spell at the gate to the next floor. Try to unlock the demon path first, as that would be my preferred path going forward.

However, even if you would unlock the gate, don't go up the stairs just yet. We must find Alide first and get your free upgrade. As I don't trust the cooking room I would like for you to investigate the blinking room next.

I hope this isn't too much for one post. I feel most of this is just busywork and checking things, so I packed it all in one.
 
Yeah don't worry. Feel free to make as many suggestions in one post as you want. If it ends up being planning too far ahead or something it will just end up not all being done.
 
Perhaps could you make a branch off of the main storyline where Yulia loses control to her Shibari fetish that got created in this last chapter?
 
I mean this story doesn't really have branching paths based on how it works, but the concept I floated around of posting side content of missed sex scenes would probably include a bondage scene between Dahlia and Yulia there.

Also I welcome you and anyone else interested in joining the voices and offering your own suggestions to what Yulia should do next.

What you WILL regret for sure is continuing without sufficient rest. It is obvious for all that you have not fully recovered. So take a proper rest and only continue after you are at your best. After all, being able to rest at will without worry was kinda the point of getting rid of Sower – take advantage of that option...

Last time you had some trouble falling asleep because you were too horny after your little bondage session with Dahlia. If you are still too horny – masturbate and take care of it. And keep an eye out for traps, be they on the floor, in the walls, or on the ceiling. Sower may be gone, but that does not mean the floor is safe... Good luck, Yulia.

As for the room, this seems like a challenge – or possibly a puzzle. There is a high chance that at least one of the keys you need to go to next floor is behind that door. Or it could be the scantily-dressed Alide that is waiting for you there. Either way you need to check it out. However, it would be unwise to try and go through the room unprepared. See if you can remove the torch above the door from its place and use it as a light source. If that is not possible, try to set your makeshift wooden club on fire and use that as a makeshift torch. Now that you have an actual weapon you can afford to lose the club – it's not much of a weapon anyway.

Once you have some idea what you're dealing with here and whether or not it is safe to get close to the glinting metal we can discuss what you should do next.
 
It probably shouldn't surprise me that you didn't think about packing a second pair of underwear. Suffice to say you will not gamble for a fresh pair of panties. If it's that much of an issue for you just go commando until they are dry again.

If it gives you any consolation, we can't see inside the outhouse, so feel free to use it get rid of your pent up needs. The last thing we need is you in a state of perpetual hornyness.

It did appear that second rest has gotten your health back up to full, which is good. I do wonder tough how abusable the system is.

You do have ample provisions and there is no longer a wandering monster on this floor. So is there anything preventing you from grinding your spells up? Just use Icicle and unlock until they are no longer unskilled, while rest as required

I also imagine you have no expertise with a Rapier, so getting some practice swings in couldn't hurt.

So as expected the unlock spell did not work. That certainly would have been too easy. Still, I'm sure we will get some use out of it.

I agree with your sentiment that the glinting room appears to be a trap. However I also believe we have to get trough there anyways. As such I think you should press onwards

also to lehrenegin, wouldn't it make sense to restore Yulia's health and mana back to 100% by resting, as long as there is no wandering monster on the floor?
 
Sorry, I appear to have miscommunicated. The glinting room is the 10 meter hall. The end of the hall being the door to the currently unknown next room.

As for simply putting her to 100... I suppose I could do that in a situation such as this. I've been doing it as is, because there are other things happening in the background that I'm essentially keeping time with, but I suppose there's no reason why she wouldn't sleep until max if there's no immediate time related threats. I'll have her sleep until fully replenished from now on.
 
Oh, gotcha, In hindsight that does make more sense from a layout perspective lol. I think that makes it even more likely that Alide is beyond this room, so yeah no changes from me.

Yeah, I tought there might be some mental health part involved as to why Yulia couldn't recover to max, but unless time is an actual factor, it would just turn into a game of us telling Yulia to recover until she is at max.
 
Hey Yulia, I'm here again. I wonder why do you chouse risk so much to ewen get inside the tower. Sure, you want to help poor, ill souls and that is glorious but... Are you realy thinking that is worth your body and mind? Wise man once said, there are small, good deeds what stop's great evil. Simple acts of kindness and love in everyday life, what push away evil forces. Are you sure it wouldn't be better for you if you stay at your temple, where you could help, small power but still? I wonder, if you at the end of your journey will be still remember why did you begin it. Will we see you heroine journey... Or Villainess fall?

There's little doubt about it, unless I'm forgetting something, the keys are absolutely in this glinting room or the next!

I think casting icicle into the darkness wouldn't be bad, worst case scenario, you hit something off of something else, since, Keys aren't typically that fragile.

Also, how the hell is she going to pleasure herself with a maul, reminder this famous weapon is a maul. Also this one.
 
Curious... I am not sure what the deal with the threads was, but it was probably a good idea not to touch them. Whether cutting them was also a good idea, or if you should have avoided them altogether... remains to be seen.

As for the new challenge in front of you, the first thing you should do is check for traps – starting with the ceiling of the hallway you're currently in. Then, without going inside, check the storage room – again make sure to check not just the floor but also the ceiling. If it seems safe you should come up with a way to make sure the door can't just slam shut on its own and trap you inside. Try to take something from the shelves closest to the door without going inside and use it to keep the door open.

Once you are sure it is safe to do so and the door is secured in place go inside and examine the suit of armor - try to figure out if it is enchanted or cursed in some way. Then examine the key as well. Be ready to grab the key and flee if it turns out the armor is animated and serves as a guardian for the key.

In any case you should take the key after making sure it is safe to do so. If the armor turns out to be just a suit of armor and nothing more nefarious than that... leave it where it is, carrying it will slow you down and exhaust you too much, not to mention taking it might trigger a trap of some kind. But search the storage room for anything else that might be of use to you and that you might have missed.

Oh, and Yulia? Don't underestimate yourself just because you think you're expendable. You're doing great so far. Believe in yourself and that you can succeed. Thinking that you're not good enough is the first step to failure – always remember that. Good luck!
 
You are not expendable. Sure, you might be clumsy, weak and not particularly bright, but you still decided to venture into this tower to help others.

That alone makes you worth saving.

Naturally you should take the key.

As for the armor, given the floor's motive of greed it certainly seems a bad idea to take it, but let's look at your situation

-the monster of the floor is defeated
-you have already disabled the trap in the wire room

I imagine this armor would work in tandem with these two hazards and slow you down/injure you as you are lugging it back to Dahlia, since both are gone the situation changes considerably.

As such I vote for taking the armor with you. Provided you are even strong enough for it.If not you can settle for the helm alone, Bring it back to Dahlia and see what you can get for it.
